“I particularly liked the interaction during purchase of the service . However, am sure about anything else at the moment being new to the service.. Moving on, one I can only hope interactions do not change going forward.”

“Can take an age to be recovered. It's no use sending someone to fix a motorcycle that doesn't know one end of one from another or to send a 'suspended lift' recovery truck.”

“Bit miffed at having to show photo of garage and bike in garage, to prove garage's existence. I have had more than 15 motorcycles iin thiis garage over 9 years and never been asked ffor thiis before, by any insurer. Other than that, OK.”
