“i require cheap insurance as vehicle is old, don't need the thrills just basic insurance. would like to see insurance go down each year if there are no claim, pay for what happens not might happen. but no complaints with company.”

“Annual renewal is routine year on year. No automatic premium creep requiring annual renegotiating. Have never made a claim other than a single roadside recovery many years ago.”

“I try to stay with an insurance company. But on renewal time was faced with a massive increase and when compared dot com the renewal was double what new insurers cost. So I jumped ship to another company. Your tele sales seemed not to care almost expected me to move off. Perhaps you catch many people who drift to renewal and handle a massive increase..if I lost customers like this I would be not a happy man..”
