“Insurance was done with a couple of phone calls and online fairly quickly on the downside Grove & Dean do not accept American Express credit card's so I had a chore finding my other credit card but I got there in the end. Would have left 5 stars if I didn't have the bother with my card”

“I had to wait 20 minutes to get through.I was happy with the person who responded to my call.Pleasant and professional. I was told that I would receive a further call from your legal department,which I did later the same day (a Sunday) This was brief & to the point.I was then told that I would not receive any further calls. I received 2 further calls from different members of your legal team over the next 2 or 3 days. (better to receive a plethora of calls,rather than no call,I suppose). Referring to the questions below,I have not received any delivery,thogh I have received several emails”

“I was already with Grove and Dean when my car insurance renewal came around. The renewal quote was higher than the previous year but after ringing around I obtained cheaper like for like quotes. Grove and Dean then lowered their quote. I stayed with Grove and Dean but expressed disappointment that as an existing customer I was not given their best quote from the offset. We will see what happens next year.”

“Received details of my insurance for 2020 but was also given details of an alternative quotation . I contacted the renewal line as I had some changes to advise since 2019 details. The details were given and was advised of what I had to pay for this year with minimum of delay. I found the person I was speaking to very helpful.”
