“My car insurance was excellent so I phoned and asked you to quote me for my house insurance. The lady I spoke to gave me a quote which I was interested in and asked her if she would post me the quote out so I could sit and compare it with my current one. She said she would send it by email but I asked for a hard copy please as I had done with my car insurance, she said she would but I have never received it. You are asking me for reviews further down. I have already given them to you, I can’t give them individually”

“Thankfully never required to implement after an accident. Only problem this year was the failure to renew my excess protection policy (when main policy was renewed) and I had to contact the company direct to renew. Admin personnel were very helpful and I do have the renewal proof on my credit card. However, no email or written proof of the renewal has ever been dispatched. I communicated with the company via the telephone.”

“I bought a G & D policy on line via a comparison site as I had used them before and thought they were good. A few days later I received several calls from them. It was a recorded message asking me to hold for a live person. The first two calls left me on hold for over 2 minutes, I then hung up. I find this a very irritating and rude way of doing business. If you want to speak to me then ring me and talk to me, don't put me on hold immediately. When I did get to speak to someone I had to answer every single question that I had already answered on line. Which in my view makes the whole process a complete waste of my time.”
