I had to wait 20 minutes to get through.I was happy with the person who responded to my call.Pleasant and professional. I was told that I would receive a further call from your legal department,which I did later the same day (a Sunday) This was brief & to the point.I was then told that I would not receive any further calls. I received 2 further calls from different members of your legal team over the next 2 or 3 days. (better to receive a plethora of calls,rather than no call,I suppose). Referring to the questions below,I have not received any delivery,thogh I have received several emails
