your Renewal process comes across as a phishing scam so i ignored it until in the end it was blocked. As i dont use the car that much it wasnt until after it had expired i understood it wasnt.
Maybe sofen the renewal emails, texts, letters, pigeons abit , even google thinks its spam
otherwise , never had to make a claim so , so far all good.
