“1st outing today. Easy to erect and worked well. Need to dry out the canopy, could do with guidance on how to fold it.”

“Recently bought Extreme Aluminium Gazebo 3x3m. Website states 'Free heavy duty storage bags' - so I thought I was buying a product with storage bags. However, I received bags for the frame and walls but no bag for the canopy. Contacted Gazeboshop and they said they only supply bags for the frame and walls and I will have to purchase canopy bag separately The details on the website are very misleading as it states that they supply free heavy duty storage bags - it does not state they only supply them for certain items and not others. Very disappointed as the inclusion of the bags was a plus point for me when I made the decision to buy.”

“very helpful very quick delivery even rang me back to make sure i had ordered the right thing. only downside you cant order over the phone i struggle with internet ordering i am getting old but as i said they rang me arfter i ordered to make sure my order was correct”

“The gazebo is fantastic. Delivery was okay. I ordered weights but they did not arrive with the gazebo. They arrived much later when the windy weather had passed. Nonetheless I would buy from them again”

“We have bought a number of Gazebos from Gazeboshop over many years now. The order arrives promptly, they are well made, strong and look great. I always think the test of a great supplier is how they react when there are hitches - we recently had a tiny problem with a new gazebo - Gazeboshop didn't hesitate to replace the whole canopy and deliver within a couple of days - that is what I call service! We use them all summer as extra rooms in the gardens. Great product, Great Service.”

“I bought a new roof for a 3m x 3m the fabric is good quality if not as dark green as I hoped for but the delivery costs seemed very high to me £15.00 for a box”

“We have used the Gazebo shop to develop out Event Lactation MumPod® a space where parents can change their baby, feed their baby or express their breastmilk in comfort away from the hustle and bustle of a busy festival or conference. We have had a couple of issues which have been resolved without a problem and replacements sent. The qulity of the Inflatable 3 x 3 Gazebo is excellent. We went on to order the inflatable porch, however were unable to fit the front wall with this in place, but we will be discussing this and hope that Gazeshop can develop this option.”
