“very quick delivery. the gazebo is perfect for the fayres that we are doing.very solid and sturdy with a good covering. the price is very good for such a good product. highly recommend the product and the service from the company.”

“Great service and very quick delivery as promissed. Had a 3m pro gazebo, and the quality of the frame and cover are very well made worth the bit extra cost for something that will last.”

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the confusion and delay regarding your order. I understand you spoke with my colleague regarding the availability of a 3m x 4.5m gazebo in PVC fabric. Your enquiry was referred to our suppliers in China to confirm whether this was possible, which unfortunately caused a short delay. Once we received their response, our sales team advised that this option wasn’t available, and you subsequently placed an order for one of our stocked ripstop polyester gazebos online. “Replacement gazebo cover arrived next day and fitted perfectly. I actually ordered the wrong one but gave the exact name of my frame in the accompanying notes and they sent the right one and organised a refund of the difference. Gret service.”

“I bought the 6x3m model. All good except the instructions to erect are for a small 3x3m model, which is very poor. The outcome, as how you go about getting the canopy over the corners is different. I finally worked it out, but ended up pulling a few stitches in the process, so one corner is now slightly weaker. In future you need to depress the sprung centre posts to release the tension in the canopy.”

“The frame itself is amazing. Heavy duty and quality had a few strong gusts of wind but it did not fall. The problem however ever is that I think 2 of the walls when opening the box was ripped/ stretched meaning I could see through the wall but it was exactly ripped.”

“Superb gazebo. This is a replacement for a previous gazebo and is exceptionally sturdy. We purchased the lighter colour covers and it makes a real improvement to the overall setup and fitting into the landscape. The delivery was really quick however we did receive three separate deliveries in the same day to receive the weights, the main structure and the covers. The weights are brilliant and fit neatly around the legs and aren’t too imposing. We purchased the Aluminium frame and would definitely recommend this.”

“For this purchase I bought some spares for my Gazeboshop gazebos - I have seven in total. It's brilliant that all the parts can be replaced. I bought my gazebos for my catering business that supports our local Scouts, Cubs, Guides, Brownies and Rainbows - I use different sizes depending on the event. Yesterday I lent five gazebos to our Parish Pouncil for an Easter Fayre event in the village. And used one myself to sell hot dogs, teas. coffees, etc. One gazebo was used for the Easter Bunny to meet and greet the children doing the Easter Egg Hunt. The Parish Council have two gazebos of their own - not Gazeboshop. They do seem quite solid and well made - I think they were probably expensive. However, at the end of the event the Parish Clerk thanked me and said "Can we borrow your gazebos for the VE Day event? They're so much lighter and much easier to put up than ours". Speaking personally, I bought my first Gazeboshop gazebo because I saw them being used by the crew for changing rooms when I was an extra in "The Larkins". They seemed so robust. So I got my first one. . Since then I've found the Gazeboshop gazebos do the job perectly and the company are very helpful - in particular, the shipping is spot on.”
