“After a slight hiccup with my order it was all sorted out and delivery then came within 24 hours. Great friendly team, good quality canopy, lookinig forward to lovely sunny days with the canaopy sheltering me from the strongest sunshine!”

“Thank you Angelina for your good help once again. This gazebo is to replace one Gazeboshop supplied previously which had been used at about ninety agricultural shows over a number of years: sometimes in difficult weather conditions. It has done good service. Many thanks.”

“We are yet to use the Gazebo . Purchase and delivery was efficient. Box was damaged. No obvious damage to the item. Very heavy and requires a bag with wheels ideally.”

“The gazebo arrived very quickly it was delivered by some young men very good until they brought in the gazebo I know it’s heavy but one of the guys put it on his shoulder brought it into my house and put it upside down (on its top) with the arrow pointing down I’ve got to put it up yet”

“Much better than the old onr. 3 times stronger and 3 times thicker. difficult to put up for s 65 year old.Just what I needed. Minor criticism is the lack of instructions, so took some working out. But its up now, fully waterproof and holding off very strong winds.”

“Firstly, the frame is very sturdy and heavier than I expected which is a good thing. In the past 4 years it has survived several severe storms and looks like it will continue to do so for years to come. Sadly the same can not be said for the canopy. I am about to order my 2nd replacement so these only last about 12-18 months before deteriorating and shredding. I wish they could provide something more durable as they are quite expensive (currently £98+£15p&p), in fact I am tempted to order something off amazon costing only £25-£30 as even if I have to replace every year would be far cheaper than the stock one. This is a shame as otherwise it is an ideal gazebo, with plenty of head clearance. If you are only going to put it up occasionally then I would probably still recommend it but for extended periods I am currently on the fence.”

We understand your frustration with having to replace the canopy frequently. However, please note that our gazebos are designed for regular use, and we do not recommend leaving them up for extended periods outdoors without supervision. We also advise against purchasing a replacement canopy from Amazon, as it may not be compatible with our frame and could void the warranty if any damage occurs during severe weather. We can't guarantee that third-party canopies will provide the same level of durability in windy conditions. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify things! Kind regards, Sam
