“Far better quality than I expected, bought this as a light cheap small version to replace an all singing and dancing much larger event tent. Frame is sturdy and roof/side sheets are good quality. Very satisfied especially when it was budget/cost as the main factor in my purchase”

“I have been a customer of Gazeboshop for a number of years (10yrs+) and always receive first class service with high quality products. I also run the Bude Farmers & Craft Market with several of the stall holders having Gazeboshop products and they all say the same " The service and quality of the Gazebos are second to none"”

“Over the past few years I have used The Gazebo shop around five times.They have always given me first class service and are very easy to deal with and their Gazebos are excellent quality at a very competitive price.I would recommend them 100%>”

“Terrible customer service but product great quality. As long as there are no problems with your item the you will be fine, but if you need to contact Customer Services please be prepared for rudeness and awful attitude towards cusomters. Product I received was fantastic quality, but did not fit as advertised - only found out afterwards that the storage bag to fit a 3 x 4.5 gazebo only fits their 3x4.5 one and no one elses of the same size - no dimensions of the bag anywhere on their website. When I rang and spoke to a Manager they were extremely rude and not helpful one bit and said it was obvious that it only fitted their products on their website - Not obvious as not mentioned anywhere and placed the order as that is the size of the gazebo I needed the bag for. Charged £15 delivery for a very small and lightweight box?? Said it could be returned at an additional £15 - so £30 delivery/return in total and the bag was only £30 so would have cost the same but had nothing to show at the end. Product quality is excellent - just a shame about the person on the end of the phone”

“Bought 50 hex gazebo approximately 11 months ago gazebo frame is good ,but after 11 months canopy had a tear along seams in two places Description of canopy does not state that canopy is not UV protected and company stated this was due to weather wear . Company described all year round . Company stated a good will gesture of 10% had to buy new one now protecting with a UV and rain protection ( they gave me a 20% for new customer .”

While we’re glad to know that you’re satisfied with the gazebo frame, we understand how disappointing it can be to face issues with the canopy over time. We did offer you a 10% discount on a 3m x 6m replacement canopy to fit your existing frame as a goodwill gesture, which you accepted and ordered. Additionally, our website does state that the canopy is made from ripstop polyester with a PVC coating on the inside to ensure complete rainproofing. We also want to clarify that we do not advertise our canopies as being UV stable. Once again, we truly appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Went all out to get our gazebo ready in time for a show. Great communication all the way through the ordering process. Very happy with the finished item. Great after sales service when we had a slight blip with a part of the order which was lost by the delivery company. Definitely would use them, again.”

“Half wall gazebo and clamp - fantastic product, great quality and very easy to install only issue is the courier used. These guys held my item for 2 days as they switch to collections from a certain time. It would not put me off using them again, i would be more weary of led time for wanting itsm”

“After place the order I’ve being contact by email telling me that my item for a discrepancy wasn’t available. Plus refund took 8 days. Lucky gala tend deliver my gazebo the day after and save my event.”

“Quick turnaround, good price, the only thing I would have preferred is if there were Zips around the perimeter for ease of use as opposed to extensive use of Velcro !!!!”

“Great product! We bought our gazebo around 4 years ago and it’s set up in our garden usually from Easter time until early winter. We recently bought a new cover as ours was quite faded with a couple of holes in (purely our fault from how we packed it last year!). We use the gazebo all the time and it allows us to sit out in the garden in typical English weather!”
