“Great product and service from a professional company who are quick to respond to queries. The print quality is second to none for the printed Gazebo and the Flags I purchased. The HEX40 is strong, easy to manage and has endured over a year's worth of weather so far without a hitch. Look after it and it will look after you. Recommended!”

“We haven't had a chance to put it up yet, but we love the quality of the frame and the material on the roof and sides. The service has been very prompt when we have had questions etc. The only negative would be that the two black bags that hold the frame and the sides and roof are bit flimsy. We ordered a 3mx6m gazebo so it is quite heavy, the handles feel like they could tear from the bag, already a bit of the bag tore when I added the roof to the sides. If the bags were as sturdy as the gazebo that would have been much better.”

“This Gazebo has extended the use of our patio area and has been an invaluable addition during the large events we host in the Bowling season. At the beginning of the year, it protects against chill winds, shaded shelter on the hottest of days, and an overspill changing room during large events. We have held outside social events in it, or just chilled with a glass of wine in an evening. The gazebo is easy enough for a couple of people to erect, simple mechanisms, robust enough to withstand some ferocious gales and exceptionally high quality. The staff who supplied and delivered were helpful, courteous and the cost, very reasonable. We were impressed with the team and the product”

“Our gazebo was the perfect way to profile our solar panels at the Crick Inland Waterways Show. We didn't know if we would need protection from the rain or the sun at the time of ordering. As it happened we had wall-to-wall sunshine so we appreciated the protection from the rays!”

“My product is the highest quality, very helpful staff that assisted with the sale and even guided me over the phone when I was erecting it. The product was delivered very fast and the printing on the canopy is exceptionally good. Many thanks”

“Recently purchased a 10m x 6.5m Bongo stretch tent that looks fantastic. Seb was great throughout the process and not only the sale; he was available to assist and advise on how best to erect the canopy and made sure we had exactly the rigging needed. Great experience of sales and after sales and would recommend Gazeboshop for anyone wishing tents or gazebos. Thank ls again Seb.”

“Review from Rob Savage Sudbury Suffolk. I purchased my initial gazebo from this company a couple of years ago, the frame is fine, does the job. After a couple of years, fair wear and tear the roof needed replacing. Along with a new roof I purchased 3 other gazebos. The replacement roof I purchased has several blemishes in already and leaks in multiple places. I contacted the company and supplied images as requested, there are more than i actually sent. The company replied the roof it is getting caught in the frame! The holes and flaws don't tie in with this suggestion and if this was the case then surely this is one huge design flaw and is not fit for purpose. They also advised to take the whole canopy off every day. I would imagine taking this off everyday and putting it back on would cause more damage. Anyone is welcome to come and inspect my roof before making a purchase as I am telling the truth and can prove it. I await their reply. After all they have their name badge on the front of the gazebo, and I would glady advise peope of what has happened to my canopy roof after approximately 2 months. The gazebo is stored upright every evening and nothing touches the roof. The canopy is poor quality and leaks also on the seam on the front. Maybe I should wrap it up in the box to not void the worthless warranty? I have given them the opportunity to reconsider but being a returning customer to this company I would have expected better rather than a fob off based on their opinion. I am at Wishes Card Sahop Borehamgate Centre Sudbury Suffolk should anyone care to view before buying a gazebo. Buyer make up your own mind but I have the receipt of when this was bought. I understand from my colleague that she has emailed you and explained that we need you to return the canopy to us for closer inspection and quality control checks - this will allow us to determine whether there is a manufacturers fault with the canopy. “Bought the extreme 50 hex at 3m x 6m...delivery great well packaged and complete. the problem arises when you try to erect it. Rather than being simple it takes a considerable amount of effort and ingenuity to accomplish. Why...? because almost every single joint is over tight so restricts the erection in fact some were so tight they had to be drilled out and new bolts found. This demonstrates poor quality control. bad on a £950 gazebo”

“The order was for printed items - feather banners and similar. The team were most helpful, and did their best to fit in around some rather awkward delivery times that I had. They also had to redraw the artwork. All in all, very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and when/if I (or CNF, the organisation I was buying on behalf of) need more items i will most certainly use them again.”
