“Pleased with the frame but the side sheets don’t have the hanging Velcro straps”

“Great service. Purchased gazebo leg weights, the sort that you fill with water. Good product EXCEPT that they are too mean to provide any sort of seal gasket on the lids. So, if you lay them down, for example to transport them when full, they leak (fast).”

“Products are excellent, warehouse not so much. Missed part of my order off, got sent out the missing part and the brackets sent with it are for a different model! Retraining of staff required I think”

I’ve checked your order confirmation and can see that the order was placed for two concertina tables only. The bottom shelving kits are separate accessories that attach to the tables and were not included in this order. I apologise for any confusion caused. “The Gazebo is very good quality, the frame is sturdy and feels rigid when put up. The roof and sides are of good quality and the splashproof bottom is a bonus. I would have given it 5 stars if the frame cover was on wheels like other manufacturers.”

“I needed a replacement case for my existing gazebo and original vendor does not provide replacements. I ordered from Gazebo shop and did note their comments about which of their own original gazebo products the replacements were designed for, choosing one that seemed about right. The product is exceptional in quality, really solid and much better quality than the original , the price was reasonable for the quality, and it was delivered next day without fuss. A great transaction. My gazebo fits in the new case, but fits like an oversized jumper. I wish that as well as saying which products they are designed for, that the bag dimensions were included in the description. I might have been able to choose one that was a better fit. An excellent product, excellent service, but more online help to choose the right one.”

“Item is well made and sturdy. My only issue is it slightly obscures the signage I have, that attaches to the valance, to a degree which means I will have to rethink that. Possibly use punched eyelets to allow it to hang from the front edge. That said I am very pleased with the service and quality.”

“The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the packaging had fallen to pieces when it arrived. Thankfully the part was OK. Otherwise I was impressed with the speed of response.”

“Products appear great. With decent pricing for the quality. A bit more customisation could be good ie windows in the sides ect but all good. With plenty accessory options from tie-down to lights and heaters. The reason I have marked this down is I did not receive any order tracking or notification a company appeared with a pallet at 7am one morning. This was of for me but for some people the weight might have made it a struggle with chance of being stolen as can only be left on the street.”

“I ordered a replacement roof for my pop up gazebo. Great product really good quality. Only reason I gave 4 stars was the cost of delivery which I felt was quite pricey at £15.99.”

“I bought the 6x3m model. All good except the instructions to erect are for a small 3x3m model, which is very poor. The outcome, as how you go about getting the canopy over the corners is different. I finally worked it out, but ended up pulling a few stitches in the process, so one corner is now slightly weaker. In future you need to depress the sprung centre posts to release the tension in the canopy.”

“Items were delayed slightly for delivery but I was kept informed. Hadn't realised just how heavy they are !! Would have had them delivered to where they were needed if I'd thought and if delivery could have been arranged during working hours which wasn't guaranteed, so had them delivered to home and then had to transport them from home to work. Never again - but that was my fault.”
