“I broke x2 truss on only my second use. I emailed the customer service and stated my mishap, they quickly acknowledged my situation and stated that they will send out new truss's. They arrived the very next morning as they used a overnight courier! Nothing short of amazing!”

“Excellent advice and service. I was not sure we could obtail a replacement leg for our gazebo but Gazeboshop were able to supply the leg we needed. I thought it was impossible but these chaps were spot on. I haven't fitted it yet due to the bad weather but al the measurements look to be spot on. Well done and a big thanks. Highly recommended!!”

“We needed a table for an event with a fitted table cloth, orderd table as it was very competative on price but table cloth was not, so ordered the table and it arrived two days later. Very happy with delivery times.”

“Wasnt sure if this would fit at first although we did measure ours up beforehand, turns out it fitted really well and looks great, its more waterproof that the last cover and looks like it might be more hardwearing too, item arrived promptly as well, will definately order again as we have another that needs replacing too, good transaction!”

“What a fantastic product. I've just replaced the roof section on a gazebo I bought during COVID. The rest of it is still fine. So, that's four years and a bit, pinned down with double guy-ropes but good after all those winters and gale-force winds in the back garden. Pretty damned impressive, I'd say!”

“If you are looking for a heavey duty gazebo to leave up permenantly or even semi-permenantly then I would suggest looking elsewhere. The material that the roofs and side panels are made of is not UV resistant and degrades in 12-15months, as does the elastic that is used to secrure the roll-up garage door and windows, and the peg-down eyelets come out after a couple of windy days. I have had my All Season 4m x 4m Extreme 50 HEX popup gazebo 4 yrs now and am on my 3rd roof and 2nd replacement set of walls. But, credit where its due, the frame is excellent.”
