Our gazebo looked really good at first. I was impressed that the material appeared to be strong. So we were happy to have our gazebo up in the garden for half the year. By the second summer, the roof/canopy had failed, having become weakened by, I assume, exposure to sunlight. I bought another canopy. This one has also failed after two years, as has one of the side panels. Not quite as rugged as I had hoped.

We are happy with the items but when delivered they were left at the schools back gate, luckily a member of staff noticed them. They could have been stolen.

Leaving the goods unattended at the back gate of the school is certainly not what we expect from our courier service. We always instruct our drivers to ensure deliveries are made safely and securely - ideally handed over to a member of staff or left in a clearly designated safe place. For security reasons, we only allow couriers to leave goods unattended if specifically requested by the customer. Not as easy to erect as in the video. Had to loosen all the Allen key bolts as it would not erect. Took 2 hours then needed 3 people

Gazebo itself is good but disappointed that there is no carrying bag for the canopy and the main bag doesn’t have wheels to help move it as it is very heavy.

Our experience with this shop was a mixture as we received an item that was fine however the picture was quite misleading. On the other hand, the return and refund was handled efficiently and quickly

I understand you spoke with my colleague regarding the availability of a 3m x 4.5m gazebo in PVC fabric. Your enquiry was referred to our suppliers in China to confirm whether this was possible, which unfortunately caused a short delay. Once we received their response, our sales team advised that this option wasn’t available, and you subsequently placed an order for one of our stocked ripstop polyester gazebos online. The frame itself is amazing. Heavy duty and quality had a few strong gusts of wind but it did not fall. The problem however ever is that I think 2 of the walls when opening the box was ripped/ stretched meaning I could see through the wall but it was exactly ripped.

Postage for purchasing Gazebo spares is extremely expensive..... which is a real shame because the gazebo that we purchased from them is very good quality...

We are yet to use the Gazebo . Purchase and delivery was efficient. Box was damaged. No obvious damage to the item. Very heavy and requires a bag with wheels ideally.

Firstly, the frame is very sturdy and heavier than I expected which is a good thing. In the past 4 years it has survived several severe storms and looks like it will continue to do so for years to come. Sadly the same can not be said for the canopy. I am about to order my 2nd replacement so these only last about 12-18 months before deteriorating and shredding. I wish they could provide something more durable as they are quite expensive (currently £98+£15p&p), in fact I am tempted to order something off amazon costing only £25-£30 as even if I have to replace every year would be far cheaper than the stock one. This is a shame as otherwise it is an ideal gazebo, with plenty of head clearance. If you are only going to put it up occasionally then I would probably still recommend it but for extended periods I am currently on the fence.

We understand your frustration with having to replace the canopy frequently. However, please note that our gazebos are designed for regular use, and we do not recommend leaving them up for extended periods outdoors without supervision. We also advise against purchasing a replacement canopy from Amazon, as it may not be compatible with our frame and could void the warranty if any damage occurs during severe weather. I ordered the heavy duty 3mx3m gazebo on 29th May, have just taken delivery, this gazebo is supposed th be heat sealed, however I have noticed at least 3 small holes on the canopy. I spent almost £240 and expect a lot more. I have been calling and no reply The stitching is quite untidy and this is where the leak is I've had cheaper gazebos that lasted more than a few days.

Bought the heavy duty 3m x 3m gazebo. We are impressed by the gazebo. Only buy though if you are prepared to buy another bag. The one supplied is a health and safety hazard, not suitable for lifting. The length means that the gazebo falls out one end as the toggle is insufficient to keep it secure. Tried to organise an exchange but the company was not prepared to do this.

Hi I had a couple of broken parts on the steel frame Gazebo I bought. All plastic a foot and an elbow type top piece. I still haven't had the replacement parts despite a phone vcall and two emails with photos of the broken bits and the packaging. Still waiting to have a call to tell me they are sending the parts.

Hi Rob, Further to our telephone conversation, it seems the reason that the photographs that were sent through to us must have been over 10 megabytes, which exceeds the size of file we can receive through our email system so we never got to see the photographs. Today we have dispatched the parts that were damaged while the goods were in transit to you . Please accept our apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

Decent price, fast delivery and a good promotional discount. I would rate the product quality as 3.8 out of 5. No doubt the Gazeboshop sell some premium Gazebos at a higher price. For what I paid I guess its very decent and portable.
