“I needed a replacement case for my existing gazebo and original vendor does not provide replacements. I ordered from Gazebo shop and did note their comments about which of their own original gazebo products the replacements were designed for, choosing one that seemed about right. The product is exceptional in quality, really solid and much better quality than the original , the price was reasonable for the quality, and it was delivered next day without fuss. A great transaction. My gazebo fits in the new case, but fits like an oversized jumper. I wish that as well as saying which products they are designed for, that the bag dimensions were included in the description. I might have been able to choose one that was a better fit. An excellent product, excellent service, but more online help to choose the right one.”

“I have had this gazebo fo 3 years. It has been out all winds and weathers with no problem. I have just replaced the roof canopy as it tour but was very windy and no fault of the material. Would definitely buy from this company again”

“I bought my new gazebo April 25 and delighted with the product. Delivery excellent. I also bought the weights which are necessity in Dartmouth. Today I have ordered the gazebo bag with wheels. Looking forward to receiving that. Will make my life easier transporting the gazebo for events. I can highly recommend this company.”

“Very pleased. The quality is great. I was worried I wouldn't get it up on my own but did it. Easy to manage. Comes with bag to carry main frame in and side walls. The walls zip is very strong too and easy to assemble. Definitely recommend”

“Finding the replacement parts I needed on the site was a little fiddly, but the speed with which the team turned around the order was fabulous - less than 24 hours later they had arrived and were easily fitted, meaning I could get back to work quickly.”

“The quality of the product is very good and the metal parts feel strong and well made. However, the bag that was sent doesn’t fit all of the metal pieces properly, which makes it difficult to store everything together. If it’s possible to send a better or larger bag that fits all the parts, that would make the product perfect.”

“I measured my space. I ordered. I collected. I unpacked. My wife and I errected our 3mx2m frame, placed the top on. I then walked the whole thing down our garden. Our gazebo now is covering our latest garden project enabling work while it rains. I am seriously thinking about buying a second gazebo, 2m x 2m this time, to make a grandkids pop-up garden play house. Am I pleased with our purchase? Yes. Would I suggest friends' look at TheGazeboShop if they want a pop-up structure? Definitely.”

“First time putting it up today because of the rain. Was very impressed by everything. The quality was first class. Heavy duty gear. Frames canopy sides etc. zippers really strong and secure. Packages wrapped up well. Thanks guys. Great job.”
