“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gazeboshop for supplying my new 3x3m gazebo. The print quality is absolutely outstanding — I couldn’t be happier with how it looks. The images are sharp, vibrant, and really showcase my dog photography beautifully. There was a small issue initially, as three of the lower legs were damaged on arrival. I contacted Gazeboshop the same day, and they immediately sent out four brand new replacement legs with no questions asked — fantastic customer service and incredibly quick response! This is actually the third gazebo I’ve owned, but the first one from Gazeboshop — and I only wish I’d gone to them in the first place. The build quality is excellent, and I especially love the large Velcro attachment pieces on the legs and the strong, smooth zips, which make setup and securing everything so much easier. It’s not the cheapest gazebo I’ve ever owned, but it’s certainly the best — well worth every penny for the quality and service received. All in all, I’m absolutely delighted with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!”

“Purchased a 3m x 3m Aluminium Extreme 40 Series Gazebo with side walls, easy to use webb site, and promt delivery. I felt the delivery charge a bit steep in comparison to other vendors, maybe a cheaper delivery could be offered if you don't need a next day delivery. A phone call to querry something was answered very quickly and politely. Having used the Gazebo a couple of times, including a windy weekend, I'm very pleased with the product, it is sturdy and heavier than you first think, easy to errect, with everything locking into place with a reassuring click. For my needs I required an additional item that was not listed on the webb site as separately available, an enquirey was raised, quickly answered, and in less than 48 hours, I have what I required. So it's worth asking if not listed.”

“On time next day delivery, overall tent is in good quality, frame and material. But there are one part what particular disappointed me, and that is front panel with door. It just looks that £600 worth gazebo is missing bit of quality control. I will attach pictures. Im happy but little disappointed with product quality. I can not dissemble front panel to send it back for exchange because weather is windy. UPDATE: After my review gazeboshop contacted me, and offered exchange faulty panel. They organized delivery and collection and panel was exchanged and result achieved. Thanks for that. As result Im changing ★★★ review to ★★★★★”

“Ordered a collapsable alluminium table and a cover, the cover looked like a paket of crisps and not professional at all. I rang into customer services and she said the creases would drop out in 2 to 3 days, but still looks awful.”

“The LED light is great works very well. I have to say the one stop delivery at £15 was not great. I would suggest an option for normal delivery at a cheaper cost”

“We needed a gazebo as had a few weeks of entertaining visitors & wanted to ensure we were still able to give an outside experience no matter what the weather held in store, so we went to the Gazeboshop. We chose a dark green gazebo as it matched our existing garden furniture perfectly but were told the dark green was a special order & they wouldn't be able to get it to us in their normal seven day delivery time & quoted fourteen days which suited us & would have ensured the gazebo was delivered in time for our first visitors. However, after the fourteen days we contacted them as hadn't heard anything & were told the container had been delayed by a week & to call them the following Monday. We contacted them as requested & were told the container was now due in two weeks! When the two weeks were up we contacted them again to be told it had been delayed again & they had received assurances it would be in the following Monday. We were then informed that they had received the gazebo but not the sides we had ordered & asked if we wanted the gazebo delivered straight away & the sides at a later date which we agreed to. I don't know what happened but we received the sides before the gazebo which we found ridiculous. The gazebo arrived too late for what we intended it for but I'm sure will come in handy over the winter & next summer for those impromptu bbq's. To be honest we've erected the gazebo (without the sides) & everything seems to be ok, but will completely erect it once the rain stops in Wales. It is a very good quality which you would expect for the price & we hope to get many years of enjoyment out of it. In Gazeboshops defence, they did offer to send out an alternative colour & said they could get it to us quicker but we declined.”

“Gazeboshop gazebos are strong and attractive which along with their infra red heaters provide a fantastic outdoor room for parties. We now have three 6m by 3m gazebos which joined together look brilliant. We have the weights for the legs and have had not had any problem even in windy weather. The customer service is excellent with helpful knowledgeable staff and prompt delivery. We would not go anywhere else!!”

“I was disappointed in the flimsiness of the product-I paid a lot for it and it did not meet my standards. It was a thin material which 'bagged' above the framework and caused rain to collect, spilling over customers. Very unhappy with this.”

“I ordered a bag for our Gazebo and paid next day delivery. After 5 days of no delivery I rang they so which they said ‘There was a stock error and they don’t have any’. Apparently they emailed but no email has been received except the one to review my purchase.”

I can confirm that an email was sent on 25th September, the same day your order was placed, by my colleague Leah to notify you of the issue. You then spoke with Tiffany on the phone and mentioned needing the item for the weekend. You requested a refund, which we processed promptly.
