“I ordered 2 sunshades. Delivery seemed to take longer than expected. Only one item arrived - it was incomplete with parts missing. Second item didn’t arrive. I had to complain. Advised that their stock numbers were incorrect and in fact these items were now on back order. I had ordered these for a specific event so am disappointed. Company have agreed to send missing parts. The other item has been paid for and is on back order. As a small business we pride ourselves on our customer service so find it difficult when we are let down by other businesses. Mistakes happen of course but stock levels and quality should be relatively easy ones to manage. The box it came in was branded by another company in China so am guessing they arrive packaged and just get a shipping label added when ordered so that could be how the missing parts are not checked.”

“The service has been excellent. I sent off some artwork which had some design issues for printing on a large tablecloth. They sent off the artwork to be redrawn and even shared the new copy with me to keep. The communication and organisation from Tiffany has been incredible. I will certainly be buying from the business again and recommend any one looking for custom design equipment to do so.”

“The parts were exactly what we needed, although the listing didn’t mention that the spacers were included in the pack. Communication from Gazebo Shop was excellent and quickly cleared everything up. My only suggestion would be to make the recipient’s details clearer on the parcel, as our security team had difficulty identifying who it was for.”

“We previously purchased a 3mtr x 3mtr gazebo as was totally satisfied. We had the need to purchase and further gazebo and decided on a 4.5 mtr x 3mtr. Assembly is straight forward, however seeing daylight along a stitched seem contacted the Gazebo shop who state that it's perfectly normal. I find it hard to believe as the remainder of the cover doesn't show daylight and the seems are covered. Our previous gazebo didn't show daylight through seems, so how can this be perfectly normal? It beggars belief!!”

We're pleased to hear that you were happy with your previous gazebo and found the assembly of your new 3m x 4.5m gazebo straightforward. Following your review, I spoke with our sales team, who reviewed the issue you raised regarding light being visible along part of a stitched seam. The small pinholes visible in this area are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are used as guide points to ensure the canopy panels are accurately aligned and stitched together. These pinholes do not affect the strength, waterproofing, weather resistance or overall performance of the canopy. We appreciate that this may appear different to your previous gazebo and understand why it raised concerns. However, we can confirm that the canopy has been manufactured correctly and is fully fit for purpose. “I live in France so looked carefully whether Gazebo shop could deliver here. The price is clear. HOWEVER, the fact that goods are subject to duty is not made clear until several paragraphs further down. Deceit, slight of hand "a mistake" or whatever, I am really annoyed. Not only that, but I made a mistake with my order which is not likely to be rectified (if at all) until end September. Be very sure that you understand the extra charges when you order from abroad. Customer service. My experience indicates that you should allow at least half a day of exchanging emails to perhaps clear up the problem. (note the "perhaps" as the error which I had made has not been resolved.”
