“I went to the Gazebo shop to look at their products as they have a showroom. I was guided through all the aspects of different gazabos by Ashleigh who was very knowledgeable on all products. I purchased 2 @ 4.5 x 3 meter gazebos in blue, 2 tear drop flags and a number of accessories. However I did have a major problem with one of the tops as it was too tight fitting and split in the corners. Sending photos etc there was no trouble getting a replacement delivered within 5 working days. The new one is perfect and not so tight. Thank you for all your time and support highly recommended company. David”

“Can't recommend these guys enough ive had mine since 2016 its used all the time for racing ive just ordered new sides and roof as old one was a bit tatty came next day delivery 😀 I had a very small issue and was dealt with promptly no fuss 100% recommended”

“Excellent response - from identifying the type of replacement canopy and responding by email on the same day as my email inquiry, to despatching immediately so that the package arrived THE FOLLOWING DAY! The canopy was erected on my frame on the same day, and fits exactly. You can’t have service better than that”

“Weights seem good. Delivery awful - The parcel was delivered 15/09/26 - left on the doorstep by 12:55 despite an email sent at 11:05 saying it would be delivered between 13:47 and 14:47 and someone needed to be at home to recieve it. I made an effort to get back home by 13:47 and was back 50 minutes earlier than that only to find the parcel on the doorstep. The next day I got an email saying the parcel had not been delivered as the driver was unable to access the property! I suggest you use a courier who is reliable and does what they say in their emails.”

“I ordered 2 sunshades. Delivery seemed to take longer than expected. Only one item arrived - it was incomplete with parts missing. Second item didn’t arrive. I had to complain. Advised that their stock numbers were incorrect and in fact these items were now on back order. I had ordered these for a specific event so am disappointed. Company have agreed to send missing parts. The other item has been paid for and is on back order. As a small business we pride ourselves on our customer service so find it difficult when we are let down by other businesses. Mistakes happen of course but stock levels and quality should be relatively easy ones to manage. The box it came in was branded by another company in China so am guessing they arrive packaged and just get a shipping label added when ordered so that could be how the missing parts are not checked.”
