“I haven’t received it yet! You didn’t accept my order and asked for photos of my frame. I needed it for last week but it’s due today sometime You don’t have my first choice colour”

When we contacted you regarding the colour availability, we also asked for photos of your existing frame so we could ensure the replacement canopy was compatible. We couldn’t initially locate a previous order for the specific 3mx6m 50 Series frame, so our team wanted to double-check this before proceeding to make sure you received the correct product. After reviewing the details, we were able to confirm that you do have one of our frames. You then chose to change the colour to one that was available, and we arranged for this to be sent out to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate that you needed the canopy sooner and apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We hope it has now arrived safely and that you’re happy with the replacement. Kind regards, Sam

“Bought a replacement canopy for my 10 year old Gazebo Shop gazebo which had been eaten by mice! The original frame is still going strong and the new canopy is perfect. Delivery was great. Have recommended them to several other traders over the years.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our brand new Gazebo, we love everything about it. We bought the heavy duty one and we feel it's well worth pushing the boat out for. Everything from Gazeboshop is built to last. The Klarna payment option really helped us for our big purchase. We could add the weights easily too to our order, and sides, and carry bag. Excellent service from start to finish, even the surprise next day delivery and helpful delivery driver with it too! Cannot fault a thing. Just buy it! You won't regret it!”

“on the first time using our gazebo we noticed 2 small holes in it, the second time there was about 6 holes in it. we spent over £500 on a gazebo that leaks to be told its our fault how we folded it. I think its more poor quality the last less expesive gazebo we had lasted 3 years without a single mark on it. Replying to your response from this review this is the reply we got when we contacted you. As we said we had a gorilla gazebo 3 years with no problem at all.”

“Gazeboshop was great but DHL, not so much. DHL contacted me to tell me when the replcement cover I had ordered would be delivered. It was not convenient as the note stated a signature would be needed. I postponed the delivery and received confirmation from DHL of the change. The package was dumped on the doorstep without getting a signature at the original time quoted, not he one I changed it to. What fantasy world is DHL in? Do they need a signature or not? By extension, Gazeboshop should reconsider its choice of carrier so as not to be affected by adverse feedback about the courier.”

“Our latest shop was an upgrade on an existing gazebo. The top needed replacing and the leg weights were too large. We purchased a nice new blue top and the water filled leg weights. Very easy to order online and the package was delivered on time as promised.”

“First class customer service I’ve been using gazebo shop for 15+ years now this is only my 3rd gazebo my first was a 3x3 and we had it up in the garden all year round in wind rain snow and sun for 6 years before We replaced it with other a 3x2.5 that lasted the same in the garden I replaced the canopy after someone burnt a hole in it from an upstairs flat but the frame is still in great condition I’ve now brought a 2x2 that I hope will last another 7 years can’t falt these gazebos too quality and if erected properly and fixed down securely will last for years can’t recommend them to much wouldn’t buy any other make 👍👍”

“You were a pleasure to deal with. The delivery firm DHL left the package beside my front door and walked away. They did not make an effort to knock my door. The parcel was in full view of anyone walking past my house. I watched them from my kitchen window. At least they never delivered it to the wrong house and walked away like their last delivery to me.”

“Absolutely brilliant. After buying a lesser quality gazebo from another supplier and realising it wouldn't be up to the job, we had to make a last minute order from GazeboShop. Not only did they get the order to us in just a few days, the quality of the product is fantastic. Super strong, excellently designed and worth every penny. Absolutely fabulous. Would highly recomment both the product and the excellent customer service.”
