“I was left with a defective Gazebo after someone broke a strut and bent another and I was staring at another event the following week end. Your team sent a drawing and dimensions of what I needed. I ordered the parts on Tuesday, they arrived Wednesday so it was fixed Thursday. Everything worked perfectly.”

“Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Friday. Also a great product, made from strong, fire retardant material, just what you need when your exhibiting out in the wilds of Yorkshire. Previous one I bought from The Gazebo Shop lasted 13 years so ive high hopes for its replacement.”

“I have been very happy our Trader 32 gazebo for the last 3 years. However, due a tear that happened in strong winds I ordered a replacement canopy. The replacement canopy is not of same quality. It is not poor quality but allows 50% more light, and subsequently more heat, than the original version. Disappointing”

“After doing a series of craft fairs in very windy conditions, I made the decision to upgrade my gazebo. It was the right decision, it is sturdy with a strong frame, the sides and roof are thick and heavy. The Velcro fastening is wide. It is fabulous quality and I am so glad I made the investment for my craft business.”

“Great service. Purchased gazebo leg weights, the sort that you fill with water. Good product EXCEPT that they are too mean to provide any sort of seal gasket on the lids. So, if you lay them down, for example to transport them when full, they leak (fast).”

When we contacted you regarding the colour availability, we also asked for photos of your existing frame so we could ensure the replacement canopy was compatible. We couldn’t initially locate a previous order for the specific 3mx6m 50 Series frame, so our team wanted to double-check this before proceeding to make sure you received the correct product. After reviewing the details, we were able to confirm that you do have one of our frames. You then chose to change the colour to one that was available, and we arranged for this to be sent out to you as quickly as possible. “We are absolutely delighted with our brand new Gazebo, we love everything about it. We bought the heavy duty one and we feel it's well worth pushing the boat out for. Everything from Gazeboshop is built to last. The Klarna payment option really helped us for our big purchase. We could add the weights easily too to our order, and sides, and carry bag. Excellent service from start to finish, even the surprise next day delivery and helpful delivery driver with it too! Cannot fault a thing. Just buy it! You won't regret it!”
