“There was a small problem with the delivery of my gazebo, but once I had spoken with the customer service team, they apologised and the missing parts were delivered first thing the following day. I appreciate the superb response. Thank you”

“If you are looking to spend a bit more for quality I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the aluminium 40 range. It's a Sterling Gazebo! This will hold up better in the wind and rain for sure. Fast delivery as standard is great too.”

“I ordered an industrial spec gazebo and couldnt be happier with it. “Excellent customer service and great quality products - I bought an Extreme Hex 50 gazebo in 2022 and this has been left erected continuously from around May to end September each year in an exposed and sometimes quite windy location. The frame itself is still completely solid. I have just bought a third canopy as wind and attention from magpies(!) have, over time, left the previous two a little tattered in places. Given the abuse inflicted, I think that is excellent performance. Replacement canopies are also very reasonably priced and delivery is very rapid.”

“Very pleased with my 50 series Gazebo, only used once but very strong and well made . Delivery was very quick to . I also brought the premium bag to go with it and that is excellent, very strong lots of room with exta components to store accessories. Thank you Gazebo shop .”
