“Quite frankly, I didn’t expect to have any service from my request to replace one of the plastic inserts that had become dislodged and lost. However, I received a reply within a couple of days and will receive the spare part this week. Also really happy with the quality of the table and chairs that are now in their second season and still look as new. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying from this company.”

“Ordered 2 garden loungers; which were “in stock”, only to be informed after I’d paid for them that they were out of stock. Had a message 3 weeks ago to say that they’d be in touch in 1-2 weeks, heard nothing yet. Dreadful.”

“I would love to review my parasol which I ordered on the 1st June and full payment was taken but as of Sunday 21st June it has still not arrived and the tracking info shows waiting for dispatch!! Your delivery time was 7-14 working days of which is well exceeded now and your phone lines are not operated and you advice 72 hour response time on your email enquires. I appreciate these are exceptional and difficult times but all the same don’t give a Covid 19 delivery advice if you can not keep to it. Sorry but as of now I’m not at all impressed.”

“We ordered a garden furniture set which was delivered on the 19th May minus the table which was apparently damaged in transit. Since then I have repeatedly emailed Garden Street and received several replies telling me they will verify with the carrier, however we still have no table over a month later and I’m still waiting for any kind of useful update. Very disappointing. I just want my table!!”

“Purchase & delivery good but there is a fault with some of the garden furniture, and despite emailing to request a replacement, I’ve yet to hear back. I’ll be happy to increase this rating once the issue has been dealt with appropriately.”

“Very prompt delivery expected time was 2 weeks delivered after 5 days . Very happy with the quality of the Rowlinsons product Only thing I would think would improve was if we could have had despatch details to be prepared, Delivery driver was rushed and left the furniture at front of house to we had to get it round back of house ourselves and if we’d have know we’d have got someone rohbd to move it for us .”

“What can I say? Bought a Rowlinson planter and when I started to assemble it I came to fix the lattice/box back i found that one of the main frame spars was broken. I have emailed Rowlinson and am waiting for a reply.”
