“Rowlinson Triple Bin Store delivered as expected in kit form. I ordered online and the on-line service provided was very good. The Bin Store is quite tricky to assemble and I was surprised to find that many of the required screw holes had not been pre-drilled. In order to drill the necessary holes accurately required the use of 6 inch G-clamps to hold the elements together. Be aware of this before you purchase.”

“Appalling and unacceptable customer service. I’m still waiting for my purchases over a month later. My emails have gone unanswered. No communication from the supplier whatsoever. Can’t get through to them on their customer service number either. Very poor first experience with this company. Do not recommend and will not be using them again.”

“Product is very good, it’s easy to erect provided you’ve got reasonable diy skill All you need is a spirit level and a decent electric drill and suitable masonary bits You definitely need 2 people however as although not that heavy the blind is long and unwieldy (even the smallest size) Delivery was fairly quick (COVID permitting) The driver however just showed up , luckily we were in. All in all we’d recommend the company and the awning”

“Bought a canopy for our front window, item was exactly as described. Web site said delivery 7 working days, we came home two days later to find it in our back garden. An e-mail to say it had been dispatched would have been nice, or this review would have been five stars”

“I have given a 5 star rating because of the good quality of the cantilever parasol and base and also 5 stars because of the great customer service we received after purchase with a little query we had. I would certainly recommend Garden Street to anyone looking for a Norfolk Leisure Parasol and Base unit.”

“On chasing up delivery of gazebo and arch found out that the gazebo was unavailable so asked for money back on that item but still waiting for delivery of arch. Their email communications are polite and sound helpful but its a pity that they failed to identify items not available. Has I not asked I doubt if they would have contacted me and my money would still be out of my account. So for customer service I can only rate 2 star.”

“Very happy with the composter, easy to follow instructions and well made. The website and ordering process was easy to navigate. I wasn't expecting to take delivery of my package so soon, which was a pleasant surprise, however it would have been helpful to give me advance warning of when I might receive it.”

“No notification of order being dispatched from either Garden Street or the courier company used. Came home to find three palettes stacked infant of my door, prohibiting entry. Careless and thoughtless handling. The company have yet to respond to my email either and are not answering calls - supposedly due to Covid.”

“Very prompt service communication good, item had lead time of 14/28 days, but surprisingly arrived within the 14 day period. Well packed, still to check contents to make sure all is present as it's in kit form. All in all very good.”
