“Really pleased with my beehive style composter, ideal for the smaller garden. Put it together in a couple of hours but someone who is used to tools would be much quicker. The bottom part, although looks like a lot of slats when delivered, just slots together. Looks very nice in my garden too.”

“First time customers we were notified when the product came into stock. Ordering was simple delivery was received well within the quoted period. There was a problem with one component but it was speedily resolved to our satisfaction. The only comment we would make is that we would have appreciated notification that the order had been despatched.”

“Considering the difficulties that have been caused by the outbreak of covid the service I received has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Garden Street to anyone wanting to buy from this company. I never write reviews but felt it was well deserved.”

“I so wish I had read the previous reviews . The bird table which I ordered arrived broken in 2 places - the corner of the slate roof was broken and also a piece of wood on the roof. I have emailed the company and was told I would have to wait - the company had to refer to the warehouse . I have provided evidence of the damage . I have sent a second email and am still awaiting a reply - one of the worse experiences I have had for customer service.”

“Appalling Experience. Waited 29 working days for my delivery of a potting bench. They blatantly lied and informed me the courier had lost the consignment. Never received goods. Rubbish company which hides behind Covid 19 for its excuses. Do not buy from this outfit !”
