“Excellent service even though the product I ordered had been delayed I was given the choice to wait for new stock or cancel and have a full refund. I chose the refund and within 2 days the money was back in my account.”

“I was wanted to buy a garden parosol the same as the one I already had. I shopped around only to find that Garden Street was the only company that had this item. Their online site was easy to negotiate. Product delivered earlier than expected. Very happy with my purchase. Would use Garden Street again.”

“avoid company at all costs , read reviews , they never get back to you but happily take money - had my money for 4 weeks no and no contact. Unable to speak to any one using covid as an excuse - can only email and and auto email states will `endeavour ` to get back to you in 5 days - trading standards only way forward from now - avoid, avoid, avoid”

“Very pleased with quality of our Rowlinson arbour. Delivery was quite quick. The email suggesting we check the progress of the delivery driver was not updated, so he arrived when it still indicated that he was at depot, but not a problem.”

“Ordered our bench 31st May (website said in stock) not had a confirmation of delivery date. Emailed to chase a week ago, had a reply to say they would check & get back to me. Nothing yet 😟.”

“Items I ordered were out of stock after my order was taken and cost charged. When they were cancelled I very quickly got my refund. They quickly got in touch and apologised.”

“Ordered a parasol nearly a month ago and still not turned up. Keep being told by email it will be delivered soon, but never is. Can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone. Awful, avoid this company.”

“I thought the log rolls were of good quality and, although they took some time to arrive, it was within the time span stated. The only problem I had was that the rolls were stapled together so firmly it took me some time - and a bent screwdriver - to unroll them. Other than that, no problems at all.”

“The quality of the wood was good however fitting in some cases was difficult For instant the dows to the back rest and side chair support was 5 to 7 mm adrift the long thread screw where difficult to align with the thread nut if you push them to far you cannot get the thread nut out so if you miss as I did on some occasions you would have to use a 6 inch screw.”

“Wrong gazebo turned up tried emailing Garden Street they did not help at all. Then was told it would be delivered and the wrong one picked up ...but no they collected the wrong one and did not exchange for the correct one. Then had to wait a further 7 days until the correct was delivered !! Haven't opened it yet we will tomorrow!!”

“Expected a functioning compost bin, received something like a Jenga puzzle, tools required to build. Also untreated wood was wet. I should have ordered a plastic type at third of cost.”

“Order placed 1st June, advised 7-10 working days delivery. Still not received, no one answering phone & still awaiting answer to email I sent a couple of days ago. If item is out of stock this should have been advised at point of ordering!! Terrible customer service.”
