“Overall an easy online ordering process without fuss or problem, delivery good and no damage considering the garden arches were heavy.”

“Very poor experience. My order was lost in the system for a week, then I was told one of the items was out of stock in the colour I wanted. So I changed the colour. A week later I got delivery but only for part of the order. I had to chase up where the other item was, only to be told that was also out of stock and would be available in another two weeks. I cancelled the second item. Emails were impersonal, took 1-2 days and contained misunderstandings. Totally disorganised. Would not buy from them again. Very disappointed.”

“The product is perfect the service I am afraid not, from acceptance of the order heard nothing until the parcel was literally thrown over the rear gate of the house. Supposed to be email to state on way and delivery day/date we received nothing. No communication at all was on the verge of ringing to enquire when it would be delivered. Apart from my rant on delivery which needs sorting out I am pleased with the product”

“Waited an age for the product to be shipped, I’ve contacted the company 4x within 2 months asking about my purchase, with no answer each time. I would not recommend this company and will not be buying anymore products from them. I’ve still not received my purchases upon writing this review.”

“I was really unhappy with garden street. They wouldnt respond to any emails even though they had read them. Poor customer service. If your order was going to be late have the decency to let your customer know. I have a very sadly 4 year old who didnt get the birthday present he really wanted. You never had the stock in country in the first place. If you had been honest with us and managed our expectations then we might of waited but got fed up of waiting to no replys and lack commumication. Poor poor customer service.”

“Generally good , but at least two of the dowels would not line up with the screws so we had to leave them out. Disappointing as it looks very nice - hope it stays secure!”

“Hard to do a review when item still not received after 3 weeks since ordered; originally was 10 working days. Not received any communication to say when to expect order and nothing showing when I log in to my account. Item now showing out of stock on website so no idea when to expect delivery.”

“Not received order yet after being promised 7 to 14 day delivery time. Due to pandemic left it 3 weeks but after chasing found my order had been missed. Now item out of stock. Have to wait another 6 weeks!”

“With everything going on in the World right now they did a remarkable job. Received my Keter Box Bench within 10 days. Very good considering staff were working from home. Would buy again with them. Thank you”
