“Product arrived without notice, neither did we have any communication from the delivery driver, fortunately we were at home. On the positive side, which is why we gave 3 stars rather than 2, it arrived only 2 days into the 28 day window of delivery. We're delighted with the garden storage bench.”

“Lots of delays in deliveries and communication based on Covid apparently. Telephones switched off, email answered eventually apart from, it would seem, when the wrong items have been delivered. No response on that one.”

“Ordered online which is something I don't really like doing but was easy to do and furniture arrived on time/early - 2 pieces - just a little disappointed that cover for bench isn't scheduled to arrive until November as we've had so much rain but was aware that this would be the case. Love the patio set and bench.”

“I don't have words for this company. They took my order then, after a delay of four weeks they told me that there was a 'stock allocation issue' and I would have to wait another nearly three months for it to arrive. Meantime they had sent me a request to review the non-arrived product from the non-delivering company. Shortly thereafter I got the 'stock allocation issue' message and so I cancelled. Here we are, a week after I cancel and they send me ANOTHER email asking me to review the company. It seemed like they really wanted a review. So here it is: one star. Good luck, Garden Street. You did ask for this review.”

“Took 8 weeks to arrive with no proactive communication from Garden Street. I had to write numerous emails to find out what was going on. When the delivery finally arrived it is slightly damaged and not great quality. I would avoid”

“The garden bench arrived VERY promptly. I can't say how easy it was to put together, as I got someone else to do it for me; but it's a beautiful bench and very comfortable. Good price, too.”

“Well we ordered a fire pit at the time a pre-order which was due to take 3 weeks. Two weeks later we were told it won’t be in till October/November time. Very poor and they should have said up front item not available.”

“Possibly not their fault but they use DX as couriers. Bad mistake. First of all they only delivered part 1 of 2 of a self build arbour. When this was pointed out it took 2 weeks to rectify. Partly because Garden street were slow to respond and the TWICE, yes TWICE DX lost the part even though it was showing on their system. They need to control their suppliers/couriers, hence 2 stars.”

“The Skylight Anthracite Pent 4x6 shed I bought was delivered on time and everything, screws, parts etc were there and even though it had to be put up in quite a wind we managed to do it. Plus even with the horrendous winds we've had since it's still in place. So I'm looking forward to no more painting etc each year. Can certainly recommend it and yes you do need 2 people to put it together but neither needs to be a weight lifter!”
