“Where I appreciate the problems around the current pandemic, I feel I was treated poorly during my transactions. I received generic email after generic email and struggled to find out what was going on with my order. I eventually received the non-faulty replacements but it all took far too long. I will not be using Garden Street again.”

“I ordered and paid in full for this item on 30 June. It has not yet been delivered (as of 24 August) and no communication has been made regarding likely delivery date. If there are supply issues, then It would be most appropriate to be clear and realistic about this to the buyer on the website (so the customer can make an informed decision about whether to purchase or not).”

“In 1969, 3 men went to the moon and back and it took them 8 days, 3 hours, 18 minutes and 35 seconds. My shed still hasn’t arrived and it’s only due to make a 40 mile one way trip. It was due in stock on the 20th of July. How can you explain that it won’t be delivered until September 21st? Is it going by Uranus?”

“It appears that they will take your order without having the goods so DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to wait and have the hassle of chasing them up. Item took 4 weeks to arrive and was supposed to be 5-10 working days. I chased up and the only way I could get a response (as they ignored my previous email) was to raise a claim through PayPal. Complete lack of communications and I got sent courier details 27 minutes before the courier was supposed to arrive as this company never had the goods and was being shipped from a third party. Terrible service.”
