“I was told the item I wanted to purchase was not in stock, but only after I had paid for the item. Not really that efficient.”

“Attractive to look at. Would have liked it a little more waterproof for storage. Fitting with instructions not as easy for someone not familiar with diy as some bits needed tweets to fit . Having said that Avery nice item for the money.”

“Ordered a bistro set on 10th June. It arrived damaged on the 22nd June. Contacted Garden Street for a replacement. The damaged item was collected on 8th July and the replacement delivered the following day. The replacement was more badly damaged than the first one. This was collected on the 10th of August and the refund paid on the 14th. GardenStreet probably has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their phone number has an automated message that doesn't allow messages to be left but they hide behind Covid19 as an excuse not answering the phone. They generate a automated email response that promises a response within 5 working days. A poor show all round. I have read some good reveiws here. All I can say is that those people had a lucky escape”

“When I do eventually receive my order I will gladly write a review Still waiting for my summer garden furniture to come into stock Ordered 9/7/20 not expected till 10/9/20 Will wait want this furniture So if you could kindly send me this write a review in another month or so I would be most great full Thank you Eddie”

“Telephoned and you told me it was in stock so I ordered it right away on 8th June 2020. Emailed you on 10th July as had not received my garden furniture. Email back from you saying will be in touch within 5 days. You did not get in touch. Sent you an email marked URGENT on 20th July you replied saying you would find out where my furniture was. I waited 5 days but you did not get back to me. I phoned Rowlinsons the Suppliers who told me the item was out of stock. I am unhappy with the service as nobody from Garden Street told me it was out of stock. Rowlinsons asked for my order number and told me this information right away. Garden Street knew my order number so should have been able to give me this information. The only method of speaking to you was by email, which wasn't satisfactory as you did not reply. Your company should have been contactable by telephone. I was able to contact Rowlinsons by phone, you should take a leaf out of their book.”

“Ordered a absco shed after ordering realized it had the billing address as the delivery address after contacting garden street directly to confirm it was a mistake and it wasn't being delivered to the billing address it then turned up at the wrong address and had to pay another company to deliver it to the correct address where it was being built”

“Ordered and paid for my shed on May 9th, had a confirmation email, then another saying 'awaiting stock', ad that was it until Aug 6th when I suddenly had a phone call re delivery ! I was assuming you had gone into liquidation as I had heard nothing for 3 months...”

“I felt that customer service and communication was poor. I eventually received my Gazebo about a week after the last expected delivery date. after sitting indoors for 8 hours on the day. I love my gazebo, it looks great, a few screws missing in delivery box though 2 starts for customer service and communication, but 5 stars for the Gazebo”

“Very dissapointed in this website. Ordered a Garden storage bench was told it will be sent out the end of July, however just received email telling me not going to be delivered until OCtober, really wish people would not take your money if they are not certain on stock, have now received a full refund”

“Was told my item would be delivered 14-28days ordered 7th July and still waiting, tried to phone them and and got answer machine, told to contact by email and they would respond within 72 hours, responded and told they will look at it within the next 5 days. Do not use this company Terrible”
