“We placed an order for an item which was intended as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the lead time was too long but, we were given the chance to cancel the order and receive a full refund. We opted for this and our refund has been paid into our bank account as promised. Excellent service and we will certainly consider dealing with Garden Street in the future.”

“The stool works well once the right height setting has been chosen and one remembers to pick up the device in the correct manner in order to move it. If not it collapses or even worse one traps one's fingers in the supports struts. It could be improved greatly if a locking device for the setting was incorporated in the design such that when lifting it the device remains locked into that setting. Otherwise it is functional, works well enough and is not unattractive.”

“Ordered 2 packs of wooden log rolls, (4 log rolls in total)really happy with quality. Needed to order 1 more pack (2 rolls)it worked out a lot more expensive per pack which was annoying, however delivery was free. During Covid we expected deliveries to be slow, the first one was but the second was really fast. Would buy from Garden Street again.”

“Paid for the product six weeks ago, with an additional shipping fee for non-mainland delivery (N Ireland). I have had no communication from Garden Street since, despite asking politely for an update regarding delivery. I fully expected and accepted any delays that might be caused by the current situation, but in this case, I am simply being ignored. This is not acceptable.”

“I bought a patio sofa set from Garden Street. Easy ordering, very prompt reply to my email about delivery. Follow up phone call from them confirming delivery. Very polite and helpful. The set arrives today and I have already assembled it, it was easy. It looks lovely. Absolutely delighted with their service.”

“Ordered the unity double bbq table on 9 August and it was delivered 13 August. Good service, no problems. Received sealed box with instructions and simple to assemble. Husband super happy with new outdoor bbq trolly. Sturdy and weatherproof 👍”

“Excellent! First time I have bought from Garden Street and I am very impressed . Excellent customer service, they kept me informed when the furniture went out of stock and when there was a further delay, they gave me the option of cancelling and obtaining a full refund. I’m glad I waited because the furniture is amazing, It looks perfect on my terrace , is very good quality for the money and exactly what I was hoping for. I would not hesitate to recommend and would buy from them again..Oh and the delivery service was spot on as well. 10 out of 10 Garden Street!!”

“Never buy from this company again !! No one to update on progress of delivery. The order was placed on 24 June 2020. The estimated delivery time was 14-28 days. Tried to find out the progress after 28 days. There is no one to answer phone calls. Very slow to respond emails only to give you standard reply that the delivery time is 14-28 days. It has taken nearly two months (as at 17 August 2010) and still don’t know when the order will be delivered. Totally insensitive by offering to cancel the order after I have waited such a long time. Asked for a review when I have not even receive the order. A terrible company to deal.”
