“No communication after initial confirmation of order. Shed arrived with no notification. Shed went together well, quite a few superficial scratches but not worth the hassle of returning”

“I recently ordered a garden dining table set for over £1000. I was informed after payment was taken that the item is now out of stock? Very disappointing service, the website being updated would have prevented this. I am now left awaiting a standard refund, and cannot re-purchase a fast selling dining set until received money back. Would not advise!”

“Ok, so for the customer service I’ve given 5 stars, I had an issue and they sorted it and given the restrictions of COVID in good time. The product however is not the best and I feel this is because they are not using seasoned timber to build frames and panels. Warped doors and windows are a major issue and whilst they sorted the windows the doors are now the problem. I will plane a little off the bottom and they will stop sticking. I know the item was only cheap and I should not expect much but I’ll be dammed if I should have to rebuild something to get it to work properly. Don’t let this put you off.”

“I ordered a wooden arch with planters. It arrived very quickly and was a good quality item. I would like to order another one but it took me all morning to paint it, if only it came ready painted.”

“Unfortunately the goods I ordered were not available as advertised and were never delivered. Goods directly supplied from Manufacture, who failed to correct stock supplies. Had to arrange a refund”

“Had to wait for lattice for round arch as out of stock. Delivered during estimated delivery date. Found instructions totally confusing as to fixing the lattice. Horizontal bars showed different positioning for round arch on 3 separate Agriframe website pictures. Not Garden Street problem though but thought it worth mentioning. Good delivery service from Garden Street, thank you.”
