I’ve been asked to write a review for a shed I haven’t even received!!! Ordered this shed on 27th June 2020 and it’s now 11th August 2020 and still no contact. Absolutely shocking customer service can’t contact them by phone only email.... I’ve emailed them about 5 times with no reply, never know a company so bad to communicate with. STAY WELL CLEAR

Very nice design and very well made. Easily put together. The cushions are very good quality and very comfortable. Delivered very quickly and were well packaged up.

Customer communications were shocking. That's the summary. We bought a shed. Where money was involved (like checking by e-mail that they had stock), they answered quickly. Receipts were sent automatically. Then we heard nothing at all until one Saturday morning when a van arrived with our shed on it. We had had no communication at all to expect it. Lucky we were in, I suppose! The shed was fine, but after two days, the lock broke. They don't answer the phone, so we e-mailed. We received an auto-response suggesting perhaps 3 days to reply and then a "We are looking into this". Nothing for 10 days. At all. Sent a chasing e-mail and got another auto-reply. Eventually I rang Rowlinson directly, and they were terribly helpful. It took me about 5 minutes to sort out. They immediately dispatched a replacement lock which arrived promptly. Also, a mysterious flurry of e-mails from GardenStreet saying how glad they were it was resolved and how hard they had been pressing Rowlinson in the meanwhile. While it is possible that this was true, it seems highly unlikely. It seems much more likely they were responding to feedback from Rowlinson. I think the summary of the reviews of Garden Street is upheld here. If you get your goods on time, then you have no complaints. If you ever need to get an actual response from them should anything go wrong, you'll be on your own. My experience was of some of the worst customer communications I've received from anyone. It was certainly the worst from anyone whom I have paid this much money. We gambled on this basis, and I guess we lost, slightly. Clearly, some people have lost much more. I our ancestors summed it up nicely – "Let the buyer beware".

The gazebo arrived faster than expected and was far better quality than what I was expecting. Easy to assemble and so would definitely buy from them again

The gate was delivered with damage that happened during transit. As a replacement wasn’t available I was given a full refund and was able to keep the gate too. Which was great. I would say however, for the price of the gate, the welding of the metal work isn’t great and is patchy. The rough patchy weld has allowed water to get in to where the powdercoat couldn’t. This has now started to show signs of rusting. The services was great, the actual product not so great. If it wasn’t free, I would have returned for a refund.

I ordered a new Rolinson Shed from Green Street as i had used them before and was very pleased. This order was delivered with a damaged side panel, I telephoned the customer service team the same day and following their advise emailed a photo and [art number. 10 days later after not hearing a word, I re-emailed the customer service team with the photo and part number, i also tried to phone them, but unable to get an answer. I have now had to replace the damaged part myself as I needed to construct my shed. I find the service and communication extreemly poor as I have had no telephone call or even an email regarding the replacement part.A BIG let down this time from Green Street....

I have been asked to write a review before I have even had the product delivered. I ordered a gate on 30th June advised 14 to 28 working days delivery to date still not received and sent numerous emails and no response also can’t contact by phone. The customer service is shocking!

The garden bench was A surprise gift for my Father bought online The delivery was quick and the quality was very good. He was delighted and so was we. I would order again

Very difficult to get a quick response. Communication was bad. After hassle admittedly not all garden street fault as courier did not communicate either. Finally got my product. Don’t know if I would order again because I was unhappy about their customer service.

I initially gave this company some room for error due to the current situation,, having said that I’ve since found that there’s no excuse for poor communication and to be told after 14 of waiting “It’s to early in the order process to give further details “ that got me worried. I order many items online in my profession and have dealt with some difficult suppliers I know a bad company when I come across one ,, this is definitely one of those companies, now awaiting a refund Last 2 days due to non delivery and bad service Had to contact PayPal to assist me , now 37 days since ordering and still have not received item ,,, do not use this company
