“Delivery was great and they carried the shed up the side alley into garden. One of them asked to use the toilet, I gave them £20 tip, a drink and chocolate biscuits, only to find they left the toilet in a disgusting state. Disappointing to say the least.”

“Money taken straight away but still no product or delivery date after 10 days. Garden Street advertise that they have these porducts but don't, and you are left waiting while they try to source product from elsewhere. Only positive we can say; our money was refunded immediately after contacting them.”

“I am very pleased with the garden shed that I bought earlier this year. The item arrived on time, well packed and the instructions for the assembly were good - althought I did have to read some twice!”

“Refused the accept the product. I ordered a shed that on receipt had more holes than Swiss Cheese. Very disappointed as I booked time off to build the shed. The only reason I gave 2 stars over 1 is due to there phone service, very polite and when I requested a refund rather than replacement this was processed without further issue. The staff were nice both on delivery and phone just unfortunately the product wasn't fit for purpose”

“I was really impressed by the person that dealt with my order on the phone, i am sorry but i have forgotten the name of the employee. I had a lot of questions to ask and took up quite a bit of his time but nothing was too much trouble and i felt very assured with placing the order so many thanks.”

“Ordered a garden gate, quick delivery, reasonable price. On unpacking, discovered one of the fixings was bent. Sent an email with photo requesting replacement part. Received within 48 hours. Thank you :)”

“At first it was okay, the customer team seemed to be helpful and freidnly. However, the driver left my order on an area where he was not supposed to, and did not help at all to move the delivery to a different location, even after he was told that the stuff was not supposed where he left them on the day. He claimed that he did not receive any message about this and shrugged it off as if it was not his problems. However, before the delivery day, the customer service team confirmed that the message about where to and not to leave the delivery "has been passed on to the driver" in writing. No apologies and instead blamed me for not answering the door (the delivery came early in the morning, I was still in bed and did not hear the bell). Got in touch with the customer service of the delivery company, and the company brushed off the complains, accused me for being threatening, and still no apologies. I know this was probably just a contracted delivery compnay, but Garden Street also did nothing about the situation. In any case, it was not a good experience and I would not reccomand buying stuff from here.”

“I love my garden swing seat. It arrived within the time frame stated. It was packaged very securely on a pallet. My husband managed to assemble it quite easily with just a little help from me. It looks & feels very sturdy.”
