“Very poor service and communication. Definitely would not recommend! Sent out wrong parts and because I did not contact them as I was assembling it (which was a Sunday and I had paid someone to errect it) even though I had emailed them and called them before I ordered and immediately after I placed the order they still did NOT send the correct configuration. Clearly some communication issues within their company. I asked if I could have the correct parts and for any compensation towards the cost of dismantling and building of the unit which they have said NO ….”

“Such a big greenhouse comes in such a small box hahah. I wanted to buy my partner a greenhouse for his birthday (his choice) and after looking at Google for days Garden Street came up. Looking through they had one he liked so ordered it then and there. It arrived a few weeks later and I set to work painting it before building it. The instructions were fine apart from the ones on how to vent operating hinges but I worked it out in the end. He is very happy with the quality of the product. I built it by my self and on some parts even with clamps it was tricky but I did it.”

“The product overall was good when errected however there had to be small adjustments to be added. I had to purchase strips of beading to go over joints and needed to put more boards in to strengthen flooring the felt for the roof was very minimal so I bought a roll to ensure roof was properly covered considering the cost was just short of a £1000 I felt just a little more attention to detail could be applied to the final product.”

“Product is leaking water and hence defeating its purpose. The gutter water in heavy rains fails to go fully through the pipe but splashes out again faulty design.”

“The garden table and chairs are a beautiful addition to our garden. The set came on a pallet with full instructions of how to assemble the table The task proved straightforward. The set is well made and extremely sturdy and excellent value for money. I strongly recommend Garden Street the seller.”
