“Excellent product, stores my bins beautifully. Opted to paint mine with a good wood paint (optional) and is looking very smart now. Only improvement would be an included prop to hold the lid open whilst depositing rubbish hence only 4*. I’ve improvised with a batten and it’s loads better now,”

“Excellent customer service. The order arrived weeks earlier than expected. One of the items was damaged by the courier company and they replaced it in just a couple of days. Very happy with the product and the service.”

“Don't waste money on next day delivery, came 3 days later and still charged higher postage rate!!!! Did try to cancel order when cover never arrived and site showed that item had still not been picked but told would need to refuse it on delivery, no tracking as wasn't showing as dispatched so couldn't cancel, customer service was useless and I was away for a few days hence stupidly paying for next day delivery. Ended up having to have someone come to collect large parcel from doorstep, glad i had ring doorbell to know when it was delivered but no chance to refuse as parcel was just left in plain view, one press of bell and driver was at van by time i connected to doorbell. Would not use again!!!!!”

“Order elsewhere! Constant delays (6 weeks and still not arrived), lack of communication, very difficult to speak to someone on the phone and told I receive updates by close of play on a few occasions and they never arrived. Promised 48-hour delivery, but didn't arrive on said day. Told to expect an update by 6 pm that evening and again it never arrived. Admittedly some customer services reps were helpful via the live chat, but this was mixed and they had no knowledge of where the stock was and blamed the supplier. Never had an experience like it, save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.”
