“Absolutely brilliant bought gazebo curtains for our Palram Palermo gazebo. They were quick to arrive and looked great. There was a slight flaw in one of the curtains I contacted Garden Street and received new curtains within 3 days! Would definitely buy from them again and I certainly recommend them”

“Delivery was very slow and no way of telling when the items would be delivered. When the items were delivered one item was missing, when it was later delivered it arrived damaged and still waiting for that to be replaced. On another order I called to ask for a suitable cover for the specific previous item which when delivered does not cover the whole item.”

“My triple bin store was out of stock when I purchased it ,however a delivery date was given & right on time I was contacted to confirm when I would receive it. Only 2 out of 3 packs arrived , but I think the courier had dropped off the other in error as within an hour it was left at our door step. Customer services were very helpful in trying to sort it. Before attempting to assemble it I gave it 2 coats of Wilkinsons pine decking oil. I agree its helpful to have 2 people assemble it & found using 2 cramps & an extension on the drill / screw driver really helped. I also stapled strips of damp course to the lower edges to also protect from the weather. Very well made & good value . It has made a very attractive feature in our garden plus hiding those unsightly bins.”

“No delivery for stated time. Enquired after nearly 3 weeks and was told it will be another 14 days! No communication- refund requested. Recommend a better way of communicating to customers.”

“Customer service is second to none. I would have given 5 stars but had to purchase screws and nails due to the ones provided being of poor quality, several screws lost heads and as did nails! The glass sheets were also glued together with some sinky mouldy paper. Whole product is finally up and fine.”

“On Tuesday I emailed a question. I received a quick reply answering all my questions allowing me to place my order the same day. A fast delivery was important to me and the service I received was second to none, so much so the item was delivered by 10am on Thursday of Same week. Thank you again for your help and exceeding my expectation of 'fast delivery'.”
