“It has been a first time I’ve bought at Garden Street, but it will not be the last one! Website is simple to use, products are well described and well-priced too! I’ve been also kept informed about my order, which has been processed within provided at the purchase time frame. Good responses to any question, either by e-mail or by phone!”

“The delivery service is very poor We asked the driver if he could help get the delivery to the back of the house He smirked and said "no but you can" Then cleared off!”

Dear Tim, Thank you for your review. We do advise all of our deliveries are considered kerbside, and cannot guarantee the driver will deliver to the rear of the property as this is at their discretion. “Delivery is dire. I would suggest a change of courier. Dispatched on 3rd of September, meaning it was with courier. Still waiting as of 17th September and told 19th latest. Way more than the 5-7 days stated it would take for delivery. Ordered this item on the 28th of August. Looking at a month later in total. UPDATE. Changed review to very poor as clearly they lie about delivery. Item still never came and no sign of anything from a courier.”

“Would have got 5 stars if the delivery team had been able to take away the packaging as I asked - the box the item came in is bigger than my car which is a problem to dispose of.”

“Backing on centre bin holder holes for bolts were not drilled sufficiently and wood was splintered, bolts not established. Needs drilling right through section to secure bolts. Disappointing.”

“Ordered a garden drinks trolley, order acknowledged very promptly with a note to say it would be delivered 'within 5-7 working days'. On the 7th day I had still heard nothing so phoned for a delivery update. Within a couple of hours I received confirmation that my delivery was with the carrier and delivery due shortly. Trolley received the following day. Pleased with the product, customer service staff helpful but I was very miffed I had to chase to find out about delivery.”

“Prompt delivery and a good product. The original roof panel was damaged but a replacement was organised with no quibbles. Would have awarded 5 stars if the assembly instructions had been simpler & clearer.”
