“Great summer house with side shed, took all day to erect, with one little piece of advise which may make things a little quicker. Mark the sections with "ABC etc". The delivery was very early and we were to receive a time slot, but nothing came through via txt or phone. The delivery man was alone so we helped him as the pieces were large and awkward. It is now in place in our garden and looks great. See Photo.”

“Easy to order and very quick delivery. Easy to erect, the only problem is the facia should be champerd. As the shed and the sunroom are separated, The instructions should be made clear that the roof felting , must be left to the end and not applied individually.”

“We purchased an 8 seater circular bench but one of the seats was damaged. Within 5 working days of sending images of the damage to Garden Street a replacement was received from the supplier.”

“Really great service for this patio cover. The Palram patio cover was very straightforward to put together and now it is up seems very sturdy and secure and exactly what we needed for our patio. We had one tiny issue with a part missing but the after sales service team were excellent and had the parts out to us within two days of ringing up.”

“Good quality water butts at a very competitive price. Extra star would have been given but the carrier damaged a lid of one butt and am awaiting its replacement.”

“Sadly the wrong item was received. I’ve been in touch with the customer service team. I was assured that I’d be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Sorry far no contact from them. Very poor service .”
