“Communication on delivery was excellent, although I would add your lorries need air conditioning to stop the driver whingeing. It would be better to have pre-drilled holes for fixing, then nothing could be fitted wrong. and also better instructions with photos you can easily see. I fitted 2 handles to the sides for lifting after completion as it weighs a tonne once complete. Pretty substantial, but time will tell once the weather conditions take effect. Overall good product.”

“I have just purchased the Palram anthracite 6 x 8 garden shed from Garden street.The shed was the cheapest on the market and great value for the money The staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the product. It arrived as promised on the correct date and time and was built up in 4 hours. I cannot thank the staff enough for the help they provided and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I would like to give the company ***** stars. Best Regards”

“I bought the Palram Martinique gazebo 2.9m x 4.3m online from Garden Street. After placing the order they kept me informed by email and telephone of the expected delivery date and (on the day) phoned to give me a time window for the delivery. The product arrived on time in one large, heavy carton. Inside, the components were expertly packaged to prevent any damage. After studying the detailed instructions I started assembly: the roof framework was quite straightforward to build but fitting the legs was another matter. After a bit of thought I constructed a wooden support frame to hold one side of the roof frame in the air, which then made it easy to fit the two legs to that side. Then repeat for the other side. The whole structure is superbly designed and well thought out, with considerable attention to detail. The final result was well worth the effort of assembly and erection. I did it mostly solo, but for certain stages an assistant is essential. Total effort (excluding fixing to the patio) was about 20 man-hours. In conclusion, the gazebo looks great on the patio and has opened up the opportunities for dining outdoors. An excellent product from Palram and fine service from order acceptance to delivery. Thank you.”

“We ordered 4 trellises but only received 1- when I phoned Agriframes they apologised and spoke to Garden Street and arranged a delivery of the 3 missing frames. Very happy with them once they arrived”
