“Bought a shire bunny play house which arrived exactly when I wanted it to. I was even offered to cancel the order for a full refund if it arrived too late. This is the mark or s great customer focused business. The playhouse looks fantastic even before we have been able to paint it. Very pleased and more so are my children. Thank you very much!”

“Ordered a climbing frame on 30th march when it was shown in stock, waited two weeks for the item to say dispatched on my web account details despite a message saying delivery was still 5-7 days during the covid outbreak. Since then no tracking, no delivery, no communication, just a couple of apologies saying that they are looking into my enquiry, which I find suspicious given its supposed to have been dispatched and with couriers. Any minute now waiting to hear back with oh sorry, not in stock and then I will have wasted so much time on this order, and let down kids. 3.5 weeks into this debacle so far. An honest company wouldn't be accepting orders for things that they either cannot manage to roll out, or are not in stock. Many many other people also cannot get reply.”

“Excellent customer service, despite the current difficult working conditions. They sent the wrong item by mistake. Once I contacted the company by email, they quickly sent the correct item at no cost to me. Very helpful and polite email. The best way to judge a company is how they behave when things go wrong, and Garden Street get 5/5.”

“Your lorry man was very pleasant. He offered to assist in getting the container into the back garden. However we decided that given its weight we would leave it on the drive and I would transport it in sections later. The photo shows my 'helper' testing out the system before the roof was put on (and a second coat of Cuprinol).”

“I ordered a Draper 600W Hedge Trimmer 550mm on 8th April 2020 during Lock Down and on Wednesday before Easter. It arrived on Tuesday 14 April, the day after Easter Monday. Brilliant service. I wasted no time using my new toy and found it to be excellent. I am very happy with service, product and price.”

“I ordered a trampoline before all the rush buying. The £160 was very quickly taken by this company. After weeks of trying to get hold of them to find out where my trampoline had gone I finally received an answer saying that due to unprecedented demand it would not be in stock until June. I wrote back saying how disappointed I was and that I want a refund. They haven't even had the decency to get back to me.”
