“Bought the cantilever 3m parasol for my parents. Not seen it yet because saying away from them due to covid19. Got it delivered to their house. Deliver was quick and somebody put up for them. They absolutely love it. Was a bit pricey but I believe from what they say worth every penny (not that they know how much it cost). I’m a believer in you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Garden Street. Will look at options but unlikely to but for myself and my garden furniture at home is excellent supplied by Moda in Manchester and I think there’s got to be a bit of loyalty when you get a superb service and product. From this recent purchase I’ve got the best of both worlds 2 great suppliers Pricey but great products, a very satisfied customer”

“Very disappointed in garden Street. I ordered a Item which was expected to arrive 5-7 days. This item never arrived. After many emails, I was informed 20days later that the delivery service damaged it and the item was not in stock. They were good at getting back and refunding me. However, I was not offered a replacement or the opportunity of a discount for my inconvenience.”

“Ordered a swing March 24th for delivery as quoted by the company 1-5 working days it’s now April 24th and still no swing. Terrible service. Tried to cancel the swing to be told it was with the carrier. Carrier then delivered half of the swing and I’m still awaiting the rest. Sent emails but just getting fobbed off with replies. Chased today to be told I won’t get any money back until this part is collected and returned. If I have been waiting this long for the other part who knows when this will be collected. Avoid this company at all costs. I just want my money back so I can purchase what I wanted back in March.”

“I am very pleased with the Palram 8x6 plastic shed that I bought from Garden Street,it was a great price and it was delivered on time.All the parts were in the box and there were a few spare nuts bolts and screws , all the materials of the shed are of a high quality.”

“I would advise you to not shop here. I purchased what I required and thought it was on its way and 2 days later I got an email saying they couldn’t send it as had sold out and refunded me. By then everywhere else had sold out! This left me in a very difficult situation! So if you can shop elsewhere”

“Purchased an anthracite palram skylight shed to replace an old wooden one that had been gnawed by rodents (back onto a field) so this should be the ideal solution. Very happy with our new shed that took 2 adults a sunny afternoon to put together and matches the fence perfectly.”

“We purchased a Palram Harmony Hybrid Greenhouse 6 x 6. The instructions for building the greenhouse were very clear. Using silicone spray as suggested in the instructions for ease of sliding the polycarbonate panels in place helped a great deal. Garden Street kept us well informed regarding delivery.”

“Placed an order on the 28th of March for a swing set for my daughter. Website quoted 7-10 delivery. Business as usual during covid crisis approach is definitely not the case. It's now the 21st of April my daughter's birthday has been and gone. I have tried to ring several times and left messages, not one of my calls has been returned. Have sent emails asking for a more specific delivery date.......get a generic email back saying the courier will contact me before delivery. This is not helpful i would at the very least expect a staff member to be able to say whether goods have been dispatched or not and chase it with the couriers. Poor service and response....still waiting with no answers and a disappointed 4 year old!”

“Thank you for your review of product, as yet we have not received our goods and after several emails and phone calls with no one getting back to me over the last 2 weeks all I can say is I'm extremely disappointed. The only contact I have had is to say you received payment on the 1st April. Please could you get back to me and let me know when you are going to deliver our order.”

“we ordered fence paint 27th March payment was taken the same day, after emailing and phoning we were advised two weeks ago that this was being dispatched we are still waiting. We requested a full refund 4 days ago and have not had a refund or email response. Will definitely not use this company again.”

“Still waiting for my turf, was told 5-10 working days, has still not arrived. phoned up put on auto answering machine, nobody has contacted about the delay, cannot finish our back garden, would not use this company again, poor service only ordered as it said we still are delivering, husband furious that we are still waiting. We will be asking for our money back, they were quick enough to take it.”

“Ordered an item on 24th March stating 1-5 working days. Chased and told them I wanted a refund, was told item was with the Carrier. Item delivered but only delivered 1 of 2 parts to it. Just sitting in my garden. Awaiting ages for a response. Just want this pack collected and my money back that I paid nearly a month ago. Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“I was a little daunted when I opened the box ! So many parts. Watched the assembly video a couple of times & then watched it in stages as I was building. Good quality shed, double doors & maintenance free. Took two of us about 8 hours to assemble. Price was cheapest I could find on net by over £100. Delivery was 4 working days under current conditions which is excellent. Palram Skylight 6x8”

“I would not recommend this company to anyone as they don't know the difference between a rectangle table and a round table. The service when you call is disgusting , You would have thought after the 1st delivery of a rectangle table they would have insured a round one would have been sent next but with Garden chic you get another rectangle one with no chairs,”
