“Excellent customer service, product arrived promptly and courier advised us of two hour window. Sierra patio cover by Palram is fab and was a doddle to erect. Very pleased well done Garden street and Palram.”

“I understand it's difficult in this current climate but I was told that I would definitely get delivery even if slightly late. I have NOT received delivery of my order & no one has contacted me either from yourselves or the delivery company which I find even with the present conditions extremely poor. Hopefully someone will be in contact soon!!”

“Ordered a hitting net on 25th March. It showed as dispatched on28th March. I waited 2 weeks and it never arrived. On contacting Garden Street I was told the item was out of stock. Disappointing that it was shown as dispatched when it wasn’t. Also cost me money as I had bought other items to use with this net which are now pointless.”

“If I could give no stars I would. Appalled by the service. Ordered a swing set for my son. Took the money and told me it had dispatched. Heard absolutely nothing from you so was expecting a delivery. I sent 2 emails and had no response at all couldn't get through on the phone. After 10 working days I sent another email as I was now worried I'd been scammed. Finally heard back to be told it wasnt in stock and couldn't be delivered for six weeks. I am fully aware that in these unprecedented times things can take longer to arrive or people are working from home etc and if I'd had an email or phone call to say that, I would have been absolutely fine with it, to have no response at all and to have been told it had dispatched when it hadn't on the tracking system is appalling. The only good thing is that when you did eventually respond and I said I wanted a refund it was back within 2 days. Wont bother with you again, due to the bad service we received. Could have ordered elsewhere but after the 2 week delay everywhere else was out of stock too. So, thanks for that. Disappointed 6 year old.”

“we ordered 2 buildings, a shed and a summerhouse, and both were handled with very good care and attention. The 2 x men were pleasant and efficient. I've now got to put the buildings up! I will submit a photo when the works are finished.”

“I ordered the sand pit and water play station for my granddaughter’s birthday and was absolutely delighted when it arrived in time for her birthday as I had been told it would not be delivered for several weeks. “I recently purchased a Palram Mythos greenhouse from Garden Street and would like to highly recommend their company. In what has been a very different time for businesses I called to check if the item was still available for delivery. My call and questions were answered swiftly and efficiently and I completed my purchase online. Delivery was as promised and well packaged and complete. Fantastic service thank you. Price was very competitive too.”

“Bought the lifetime garden storage unit. It was a bit pricy but the best price was from Garden street. The product is top quality, great instructions and looks like it will last a long time. The delivery was spot on and any communication with Garden street was quick and accurate.”

“Ordered Grangee garden flower circle. Delivered within 48 hours. Looked so good I bought another two. Again delivered as quick. I have used garden site previously and again and again. Only one small criticism no loyalty points offered for returning customers say 10% off next purchase 5% seems a little measly.”
