“Having bough a 3 seater bench previously, I bought a 2 seater version. I found that the screws were too big for the pre-drilled holes. Having to use pliers to get any sort of traction, I ended up damaging the wood in two places. The phone /email help I received was good and different screws were sent. Whilst an improvement I still had to use pliers to finish the job. I think there may be a problem with the materials that are being supplied. order no #241954 Her is my initial email: Hello I have begun to assemble this item and am really struggling. The 6x 100mm "self tapping" screws seem significantly too big for the holes OR the holes are too small? I'm pretty strong but all that has happened is that the screw holes have rounded from the Allan key pressure. I can't understand this. I had no problems with a previous order for the Lytham 3 seater version. Can you suggest what the problem may be?”

“A fantastic purchase. The four seasons garden room has been amazing since our summer purchase in 2024. We have sat out in all weathers. It’s extremely well built and was erected on site by a man who knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you Garden street. It’s my Greek Retreat this summer.”

“I can't thank garden street enough they were so very helpful, After trouble with another garden centure in which I brought a 3 seater swing from and they never put my order through! So I brought my lovely 3 seater swing from garden street in the end and so so glad I did can't falt them. and very fast delivery, my swing is up and we have a cup of tea in our garden on our swing every morning. Thank you so very much.”

“What a little gem of a find. After researching the garden furniture I wanted, I refused to pay the inflated price stated at our elite garden centre. Garden street offered the same Kettler set but at a considerably cheaper price. I was initially concerned about paying a company I’d never heard of, and not locally based, but the communications (and trust pilot review) were great. Delivery was quick - the chaps were professional and helped me negotiate the heavy box into position. I’ve since returned to buy the cover and have encouraged friends and family to check out the website. Thrilled.”

“No communication, delivery didn't turn up after waiting in all day when it was booked in for delivery, item arrived with no warning, item was damaged and missing key component so therfore at present useless, customer services were useless regarding all issues all still outstanding, don't evan trust them to refund when item is returned absolutely no confidence in garden street”

“Beautiful swing seat delivered when expected. Even though we were late back our delivery man went in the side gate and assembled it anyway. When we got back 20 mins later it was all done. Great service!”
