“Wardrobe arrived eventually! Package damaged and Very tatty all round, contents rattled in both boxes,on inspection of contents all parts (except the plastic joiner which was split at the end) were okay. More communication when items are late or past due dates needed I should not have to chase things.”

“Bought an lg garden cover. Price was excellent & cheapest I could find. Super fast delivery. Really pleased. Will definitely use this company again. A++++++++ I haven’t used my product yet but I have the same cover on my corner dining sofa & works very well to keep my cushions dry.”

“Excellent choice & easy ordering. The shed arrived on time & is now assembled - looks superb. My only criticism is I don't think the shed panels aren't protected enough; my package had damage to the top edge of both side panels, caused by dropping or dragging.”

“The garden furniture cover was out of stock but was told I would be informed when it was available. Lo and behold I was informed and said cover arrived within days. Staff on telephone originally were very pleasant.”

“I read A LOT of reviews before making a decision. They were *very* mixed, so I took a shot and it went great! I bought a sideboard, placed the order on the 10th Dec, got it on the 12th! I happily surprised as they specified the delivery time to be 1-5 working days. Hope this helps :)”

“I purchased the Charles Taylor Dorset three seater swing seat. I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was much sooner than I expected, and I didn't receive any notification when it was being delivered. I received a phone call to say they were outside my house delivering it. I had to alter my plans and rush back home. Some notice would have been helpful. They assembled the swing, and although I did tell them where I wanted it positioning, they didn't put it where I requested. Its solid wood, I had to ask 3 friends to repositioned the swing. My brief interaction with the delivery team, i had to leave to get to a planned event, was polite and respectful. Overall the service was good, would have been better if I'd been informed when the delivery was to be made.”

“I was asked to provide my tenant with a wood store.l researched on line in order to see the widest choice. I decided my budget had to be £150-£200. It was delivered extremely well packed. I anticipated needing a second person to assemble it. It was extremely straightforward to assemble single handed. I was slightly hungover and my glasses were not very clean which l thought was testament to brilliant design and manufacturing. So what stared off as an irritating request , turned into a triumph of a well made ,beautiful looking log store . It is frankly THE log store to have.”
