“Delivery reasonably prompt but all flat packs arrived very wet. This had caused one panel to stick to the one under and when separating, managed to split. Quality of unit very poor. Made up from wood seconds joined together. This was all raised but following several mails it still took over a week to get a response. By then had not alternative but to continue building. Final response was that as it had been built and chickens put in it, Garden Street accept no responsibility and no refund/return now possible.”

“Wardrobe arrived eventually! Package damaged and Very tatty all round, contents rattled in both boxes,on inspection of contents all parts (except the plastic joiner which was split at the end) were okay. More communication when items are late or past due dates needed I should not have to chase things.”

“Bought an lg garden cover. Price was excellent & cheapest I could find. Super fast delivery. Really pleased. Will definitely use this company again. A++++++++ I haven’t used my product yet but I have the same cover on my corner dining sofa & works very well to keep my cushions dry.”

“Excellent choice & easy ordering. The shed arrived on time & is now assembled - looks superb. My only criticism is I don't think the shed panels aren't protected enough; my package had damage to the top edge of both side panels, caused by dropping or dragging.”

“I read A LOT of reviews before making a decision. They were *very* mixed, so I took a shot and it went great! I bought a sideboard, placed the order on the 10th Dec, got it on the 12th! I happily surprised as they specified the delivery time to be 1-5 working days. Hope this helps :)”

“I purchased the Charles Taylor Dorset three seater swing seat. I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was much sooner than I expected, and I didn't receive any notification when it was being delivered. I received a phone call to say they were outside my house delivering it. I had to alter my plans and rush back home. Some notice would have been helpful. They assembled the swing, and although I did tell them where I wanted it positioning, they didn't put it where I requested. Its solid wood, I had to ask 3 friends to repositioned the swing. My brief interaction with the delivery team, i had to leave to get to a planned event, was polite and respectful. Overall the service was good, would have been better if I'd been informed when the delivery was to be made.”
