“Purchased an Alexandra Rose Reclining Chair; however, when received, it was not suitable and was not a true reflection of what was displayed on the Website. When we requested to return the chair, it was stated that we need to pay £60.00, which is almost 50% of the purchase price, and this is outrageous. I then followed up by calling the Retailer to query this and got nowhere. The returns policy needs reviewing, and the customer service is lacking. I was even refused details of a Manager or Director to speak with.”

“Purchased two greenhouse standings o n receipt the top of one of the boxes was damaged. This caused the screws to be lost I transit. Reported this to Garden Street and then screws were recieved the very next day first class post allowing me too assemble the staging and I am very pleased with the product and the trading experience with Garden Street”

“First time ordering from garden Street and I will order from them again. My garden gazebo was delivered with care and very fast delivery. The product I purchase was an excellent price as I had done a price comparison and they were the most competitant. Excellent customer care excellent website.”

“Really poor communication I had to chase on numerous occasions for initial delivery despite being told their courier would contact me to arrange. When one chair was damaged I had to chase numerous times to get a replacement of the damaged item. We have had 2 failed attempts at obtaining a replacement - they sent the wrong chair then just an arm cap!? It was only resolved when I contacted the manufacturer who were really helpful and resolved my issue. The whole saga took over a month, to add further insult I now note the set has been significantly discounted 😂”

“Purchased online a Hartman Almalfi Bistro set, before i made the purchase i did a live chat on the site as i had a few questions regarding delivery which were answsered all very proffesionally and very polite. I was kept well informed on the delivery date and the progress. Definately use Garden Street again.”

“Very please with the service both by Garden Street Comany, who kept in touch with me during time from order to delivery, and DX who delivered the product on the date and time quoted!
