“Ordered a Kettler Tudor Companion Set and had no issues whatsoever with the standard of service and delivery. Item was easy to assemble and good quality. I’m looking forward to sitting in my reclining chair when the temperature warms up a bit more!”

“Bike shed is exactly what it looked like on the website. Strong and robust. The delivery was unclear. I heard nothing and then after 2 weeks, an email telling me it would be delivered by 24 hour service. It actually arrived 2 days later. I could have been away. No one checked.”

“Excellent price and really pleased with product received . Soon recovered from transport and looks great. Slightly disappointed with delivery company who claimed to have tried to deliver and no one in which was not the case but that is not fault of Garden Street. It was delivered the following day”

“Excellent communication and very pleased with the garden furniture set. It was a pity the small parts were loose in the box and thus missing a washer and a Hex plastic cap. The delivery was amazing, polite message to say would be early and would try not to disturb and left everything in the rear garden. Most impressed.”

“Largely happy with this product. I hope I'm not being unfair, but I was disappointed at the amount of work involved in the assembly, with what seemed like hundreds of screws and not as much guidance as I would have liked, but the product itself is perfectly acceptable.”

“No customer service No one responds online chat. Phone line dont work No one replys to emails I had no tracking number to find order, then it arrived only 1 of the 2 parcels. So refused. Would not recommend this company at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID”
