“Good fast delivery under Coronavirus restrictions. Ordered an awning, good product arrived quickly even though my account two days later shows it as awaiting dispatch.”

“Bought a swing seat nearly 3 weeks ago. Delivered the wrong one as marketing images do not correspond to what I purchased. I haven’t signed for the order as it was the wrong one and it was taken back by the delivery person the same morning. Over 3 weeks past and I don’t have my refund yet (£579.99!) or my swing seat. Terrible service!”

“6x3 plastic aliminum frame shed. My partner put it up with big struggle as the plastic panels kept wobbling everywhere. Unfortunately it was delivered after the two week window and also we have to contact garden street to chase the delivery that was meant to come the Friday so we stayed in all day and didn't arrive. Garden street were very good at making sure it arrived the monday but the weather had turned and this contributed to the difficulty of putting it up. We had limited choice in what would fit in the space but for the nearly £400 price the quality of the shed does t feel reflective of this. We are happy we found something that fits but not so impressed with the way it functions. The slits for ventilation also let's in rain as just open holes.”

“9 Chatsworth Court Heath Charnock We purchased a Palram Harmony 6 x 10 Greenhouse in Grey. Two minor material faults that were soon remedied. Took two people several hours to construct but on completion we were pleased with the end product.”

“Ordered the Norfolk Leisure Elite Duotech Storage Box. Was a dream to put together - very clear instructions and it looks great. However one section the screws just would not go in, so I had to use why own different sized screws, but on the whole very happy with the product. A couple of edges of the plastic sides were slightly damaged, but luckily it didn't stop me being able to put it together.”

“Had massive issues trying to find out when my product was going to arrive, numerous telephone calls and emails sent regarding this, 1 of the worst customer services I've experienced I for 1 will never shop here again, If you wanted to be treated terribly use this place, they are super quick to take your money but not send out the product or help you!!!”
