“Ordered a Bistro Set, the site said in stock and delivery in 5 working days. Not contacted after 5 days so emailed to find out why only to be told that it was out of stock and would not be available for another 6 weeks. They did offer the chance to cancel for a refund but decided to wait and hope it arrives on time”

“After reading lots of reviews on this company was tempted to cancel my order, then unsure if I would ever get a refund without a fight so in the end just waited to see what happened. In my case the order was delivered well within time stated so no complaints on that score. However I did try the price match option having found the same product cheaper at B and Q (possibly the most expensive store on the planet) but received no response what so ever. What a surprise. Given the amount of negative feedback would be highly unlikely to return despite my own experience.”

“Do your due diligence and read the negative reviews. I took a punt and I should had taken note. It's not just the poor quality and faulty product, it's the really disastrous customer service. They are useless. You may as well stand at your front door and toss your cash to the wind. Avoid and spend with a more reputable retailer. These jokers will try your patience and will laugh all the way to the bank with your cash.”

“Dreadful company to deal with , sold a product as being "in Stock" when it wasn't, came straight from the manufacturers in Israel weeks after the advertised delivery date. The product is awful quality and now they wont return my e-mails regarding returning the product. Wont answer the phone, Only an answerphone message. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Dreadful experience. So far I have only recived half of my order. On contacting your company I was told they had no record of me ever ordering from them. I have since sent proof of my order only to get an extreamly rude reply and still no actually help. I'd advise anyone who wants to order from this company to check out comments on their fb page. Pretty much all comments are about people not receiving what was ordered. If I'd seen this prior to ordering then I'd never have used them in the first place!!”

“Still waiting for goods a month later. They said it’s been delivered but I’ve been at home isolating the whole time. In my account it says awaiting despatch. Clearly they’ve took my money and no goods supplied. They now aren’t answering my emails after I asked for an amicable resolution to this. So next step trading standards! Not happy!!!!”

“Order placed on 10th May. Then informed item was out of stock after taking money. Now says item despatched on 3rd June. 8 days later and still no product, no trasking no and no repsonse to email sent 4 days ago asking where it is. I appreciate you are busy but your customer serice is non-existent. WEB order no 124790”

“Bought sofa set with table. Table not delivered due to damage contacted company by E mail 5 times. Recieved delivery what I thought was table but it was only table top no legs or glass. As yet no reply to e mail also asked if management could deal with issue. Hopefully they will read review and deal with issue. Very disappointed.”
