I've been hounded to write a review but the item I bought hasn't even arrived yet. Sorry, but how poor is that?

We ordered a bike store and were told it was 6-8 week delivery. After 8 weeks I emailed and they said there had been a delay and it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 further weeks I emailed again and was told it would be the following week and I’m still waiting. Appalling customer service, in future I would advise them to be honest with customers rather than make promises they don’t keep. Would never order anything from them again. Hoping there’s no delay in getting a full refund from them.

Ordered shed in July now arrived in October after me constantly chasing, no call from them just tell me someone will call back and no one does. No compensation no good will gesture absolute joke of a company

I have already done this, but as I still haven't received the goods and still don't know when they are coming, how can I write a sensible review, come on, get you're act together and don't send out such requests until a couple of weeks after delivery, probably a month in the case of such items as Carports

Review this rubbish can’t wait...paid nearly£600 and it’s cost me nearly £200 to make this weatherproof All done by paid professionals I hired...it arrived and in erection roof felt was split in half and 3 glass windows broken..rain forecast...so I had to think quickly and purchase roll of feltb(their replacement arrived 3 weeks later which would have left chalet soaked) 3 panels sides and back let the rain pour in next day as the slats weren’t overlapped (sent photos) No offer to send replacements...Paid to have slats sealed ...they offered me to send back which meant demolishing it at more cost...Rubbish quality ...Horrendous experience ....costly mistake purchasing this chalet...no recourse and no constructive help...photos to prove all statements

Hello, Thank you for your review. You advised us of issues with your order after continuing to assemble and modify the building yourself. Whilst we were not given the opportunity to resolve for you we did advise that we could send out replacements or should the item be disassembled we could collect for a full refund. You did advise us of the parts you wished to have replaced, which we dispatched promptly to you. You advised us that you disposed of these. Whilst we apologise once again for the condition of the initial parts, we have offered assistance in order to resolve as promptly as possible. Kind Regards.

Twice I have ordered products, my payment was taken, and then only when I chased up the delivery both times have I been told that the items haven't come into stock. Again.

Paid for an item on pre order. Contacted them to see where it was when due a month later - they hadn’t been in touch with their supplier but then did so and I was told it would be delayed a further two months. Asked for a refund which I received but they short changed my refund as well. Would not use or recommend.

Poor service no order no contact just rubbish service. Still waiting told 3 desperate stories as to what happen to my order. Receive app to track order on 27th August 2020 and that’s all the apps says. When order storage container said it would take 7-14 days and items were in stock.Mid September enquired when my order will arrive I was originally told that they had know idea and said they would call me back never did. Called again next day told it would be expected in end of September. Call end of September spoke to someone else’s who now said that they depot has lost the order and would come back to me to tell me when it’s arriving. Called at the beginning of October I was told it was out of stock 3 different explanations no further contact from Garden Street or update and no apology poor, unprofessional service and clueless staff who have no idea as to what has happened to my order and the level of silence is deafening. The question should why would you use this company in hindsight you should take your money and there after tell you nothing but fiction and lies. Now I will have to spend the next few dats trying to either get my order or money back which on current form is likely take an age to achieve. I won’t give up even if I have to initiate litigation. Rubbish service no customer service, customer not at the centre of of what they do and more importantly no customer focus at all. To date not receive what I have paid for poor poor poor!!!!!!!

How the hell can I write a review of something that is on back order and I haven't received yet??? I'll tell you one thing that is really annoying, and that's the fact that I'm constantly asked to review something when they know that they haven't actually sent the item out yet. I hope you can tell that this isn't the first time this has happened with Garden Street! Please stop it.

I bought a garden playhouse before aug 2020 said i wanted to return it guality was rubbish Barcelona playhouse cost me 995 pounds were not happy to do this paid someone to build it .felt for roof was all holes bought more felt . Parts were missing still waiting on the parts and this is now oct 2020 getting nowhere with Garden Street have reported them to ombudsman and which ..do not buy this playhouse or buy from them as a terrible company to deal with. Bought a Florenity rectangle planter and was sent a cheaper/smaller item (whether a genuine mistake or not) and still awaiting a reply. Pretty quick to take the money / Pretty shoddy customer service. Not replying doesn't make the situation go away! It also makes a mockery of your returns policy! You owe me GB£20!

3 weeks to deliver and pa mage was 'lost' and could not be found so was sent another one to replace. Really poor service as I did so much chasing. Wonder if it had ever been sent in the first place. Was advised on purchase I would be called to arrange delivery and never had any contact till I called 3 weeks later to be advised it was just 'lost'
