Disappointed as it feels like a product with a significant design flaw. The doors would not close due to the design of the door locking mechanism and the doors simply being too large and binding badly. The doors and hinges have no room for regular adjustment. It has taken several hours with an angle grinder to file down nuts and parts of the door itself in order for it to just close and even now the door binds and requires extra force to close securely. It is a real shame as the shed itself looks good and the shelves inside are useful. I cannot recommend this product unless they redesign the door. Avoid this shed.

The lights for my propagator arrived within two days, but not much use without the propagator ordered thee weeks ago. When I Ask they say they will Let me know, then don’t. This is urgent as it is the growing season now.

Ordered a tallboy on the 4th Feb box 2 of 2 arrived on Monday 8 th and was damaged so emailed and sent through 4 photos. Phoned x2 since to find out where box 1 is no response by email and therefore unable to track. Also been told replacement that is damaged will be sent out later! There were no instructions in box 2 to construct the tallboy hoping they would be in the missing box 1 . Why send out an item in 2 boxes separately ? Frustrating as this is to match a piece of furniture already purchased. Please if this cannot be resolved refund me for the tallboy.

Called to check they delivered to my address before ordering was told yes no problem, so I ordered money paid in full to wait for a 8 week delivery and was happy to do so. next day email to say sorry they are not able to deliver to my address, and I would receive my money back in 5 working days not happy at all

Ordered a salt spreader on 7th Jan but first phoned and asked if they definitely had one in stock -yes 3-5 days . Move on to Jan 28th i,ve had to get a refund as they now say it may have got lost in the post-unacceptable.

Am still to receive the goods I ordered and paid for on November 7th have emailed several times and am getting nowhere. Would never buy again from and beginning to think I’ve been scammed out of £210. Terrible.

In an update to the below; I finally received the missing part, which arrived all correct. However, when I built the bin store, I discovered the doors are either warped or the incorrect size as the left one doesn't close! Email garden street, with photos and asked to be compensated for this. "No.. We'll send another door" They now expect me to wait home for a 5th time between 0800-1800 with no offer of compensation. Compete joke of a company! Have opened a PayPal resolution and hope they will step in. I’m unable to give an accurate review of the bin store as following three deliveries, I am still not in possession of all the parts, therefore I’m am basing my one star review in the customer service received from garden street. I was advised I would be contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery time. I wasn’t. Luckily I was home when delivery No 1. arrived but I rejected this as it was visibly damaged through the inadequate packaging. The delivery driver stated this is a frequent occurrence. I was then informed a replacement would be sent (7-10 days delivery time) I was again told I would be contacted by the courier. I was not; I was simply told it would be arriving with less than 24hrs notice. I waited in 0800-1600 for this and when I opened the packaging, guess what? Another damaged part as well as two missing parts! Third time lucky and no contact from the courier whatsoever and returned home to find a package front and center in my doorstep. No attempt to conceal it, no attempt to leave with neighbors. You’d think after two previous delivery attempts, someone would quality control the package this time. Wrong. One of the replacement items is inexplicably the wrong size! I am still awaiting the correct part, with the usual 7-10 days delivery wait. I complained via email and asked to be compensated for the amount of time I’ve had to give in order to wait home for delivery of this item but my request clearly doesn’t even appear suitable for a reply as it’s been completely ignored. Instead, I received a one line email saying sorry. I can comfortably say I wouldn’t recommend buying from Garden Street to my worst enemy, and judging by the other negative reviews on google, it’s a wonder they’re still trading.

Appalling customer service. Ordered product over two months ago and having contacted them I was told goods were in their warehouse awaiting despatch, but received no email confirmation of a time slot. Do not waste your time and money, only if you want disappointment and frustration.

Absolutely shocking customer service. We ordered a shed, it was late so called to find out why, all they could tell me was there was a delivery problem from the suppliers. Then they cancelled our order even though we didn’t ask for it to be cancelled. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

I have only given one star as not an option to give NONE! Dreadful company, terrible customer service, delivery chased continually over promised timescales to learn item is out of stock, they are so used to this so no apology! Avoid at all costs
