Ordered a summerhouse very poor standard be warned about ordering Mercia manufactured items from here very disappointed for money paid a huge amount of problems with item and customer service here and at Mercia manufacturers is appalling don’t buy from them

Ordered it in February, it was showing as in stock. But a few days later we had heard nothing about delivery so I emailed them. Days later I got an email stating they should be back in stock in Late May/Early June... Delivery 2 to 3 weeks later. This is dreadfully misleading, had I known I wouldn't have ordered it.

Greenhouse / Shed combi, arrived with only one man to lift off van, so two of us had to help him. Not safe at all. No proper instructions, for this product, just put two separate instruction leaflet for both - ridiculous and very lazy None of the flat packs were numbered, more wood got delivered than it should have done, so confusing to build. None of the wood had the correct grooves to fit the windows. The top window of the greenhouse lets in water. Basically had to re-build the whole thing as nothing fitted together. Hugely disappointed.

Ordered a shed which was in stock and then when notified it actually wasn’t in stock I ordered another and surprise the same happened again and now I am fighting to get my money back

Having ordered and paid for a gate which was described as “available in stock” we waited three weeks before being told the day before delivery that it would not in fact be available for another 4-6 weeks. Dreadful service. Would not use again.

Bought a hacienda fir pit last year its barely reconisable due to the rust avoid the cheap rubbish this company sell there after sales team are pitifull and have the book of excuses at the ready .

Ordered online after 8 day, i Chased my order up. To finally be told i wouldn't get my item till may even tho it says despatched. Then i had to chase them again for a refund. Will never us again. Very poor service.

Disappointed as it feels like a product with a significant design flaw. The doors would not close due to the design of the door locking mechanism and the doors simply being too large and binding badly. The doors and hinges have no room for regular adjustment. It has taken several hours with an angle grinder to file down nuts and parts of the door itself in order for it to just close and even now the door binds and requires extra force to close securely. It is a real shame as the shed itself looks good and the shelves inside are useful. I cannot recommend this product unless they redesign the door. Avoid this shed.

The lights for my propagator arrived within two days, but not much use without the propagator ordered thee weeks ago. When I Ask they say they will Let me know, then don’t. This is urgent as it is the growing season now.

Ordered a tallboy on the 4th Feb box 2 of 2 arrived on Monday 8 th and was damaged so emailed and sent through 4 photos. Phoned x2 since to find out where box 1 is no response by email and therefore unable to track. Also been told replacement that is damaged will be sent out later! There were no instructions in box 2 to construct the tallboy hoping they would be in the missing box 1 . Why send out an item in 2 boxes separately ? Frustrating as this is to match a piece of furniture already purchased. Please if this cannot be resolved refund me for the tallboy.

Called to check they delivered to my address before ordering was told yes no problem, so I ordered money paid in full to wait for a 8 week delivery and was happy to do so. next day email to say sorry they are not able to deliver to my address, and I would receive my money back in 5 working days not happy at all
