“They left me hanging for weeks with no idea what was going on. I contacted them and they gave me a delivery date which came and then they told me I was wrong and they never gave me that date even though I had replied to their email stating the date. Always told the would call me back and never did. Eventually they admitted they had never even ordered from their supplier. They raised the order with the supplier and it came less than a week later. I’d never trust this company with my money question.”

“One of the panels arrived badly damaged, which we did not discover until after the delivery driver had departed (was curbside delivery and at the bottom of the pile). I have co tacted customer services for a replacement but not even an answer! I included photographs and received a response from the delivery company, who advised I needed to contact Garden Street, but have had no response to my requests! Very disappointing.”

“Marcia summerhouse looked ok when delivered but trying to build nightmare nothing fitted had to cut & shave bits to get to fit , pieces of wood missing instruction useless. Saved hard for this very disappointed”

“I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service that we have received from Garden Street. Our bin store arrived damaged with broken wood, and we have now contacted your company twice about this as we want a refund. We have sent you photos of the damaged product. The bin store was £360 so not cheap, and yet it is of very poor quality. We are still waiting for your team to get back to us regarding this matter.”

“Ordered a summerhouse very poor standard be warned about ordering Mercia manufactured items from here very disappointed for money paid a huge amount of problems with item and customer service here and at Mercia manufacturers is appalling don’t buy from them”

“Ordered it in February, it was showing as in stock. But a few days later we had heard nothing about delivery so I emailed them. Days later I got an email stating they should be back in stock in Late May/Early June... Delivery 2 to 3 weeks later. This is dreadfully misleading, had I known I wouldn't have ordered it.”

“Greenhouse / Shed combi, arrived with only one man to lift off van, so two of us had to help him. Not safe at all. No proper instructions, for this product, just put two separate instruction leaflet for both - ridiculous and very lazy None of the flat packs were numbered, more wood got delivered than it should have done, so confusing to build. None of the wood had the correct grooves to fit the windows. The top window of the greenhouse lets in water. Basically had to re-build the whole thing as nothing fitted together. Hugely disappointed.”

“Having ordered and paid for a gate which was described as “available in stock” we waited three weeks before being told the day before delivery that it would not in fact be available for another 4-6 weeks. Dreadful service. Would not use again.”

“Ordered online after 8 day, i Chased my order up. To finally be told i wouldn't get my item till may even tho it says despatched. Then i had to chase them again for a refund. Will never us again. Very poor service.”
