Took £1800 for a shed which was advertised as in stock when it wasn’t. I only found out by checking it was going to be delivered on time. They had no intention of telling me. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

Product was ordered on 18 August, but was out of stock until 24 August. Fair enough. I was later informed that the product was in stock on 24 August and the delivery time would be 14 to 28 working days from 24th August with the carrier getting in touch about a week before in order to confirm the delivery date. It is now the 22 September and I have heard nothing, not from Garden Street nor 'the carrier'. This is no way to run a business. I would advise go elsewhere.

I recently ordered a garden dining table set for over £1000. I was informed after payment was taken that the item is now out of stock? Very disappointing service, the website being updated would have prevented this. I am now left awaiting a standard refund, and cannot re-purchase a fast selling dining set until received money back. Would not advise!

Haven’t received our order yet which was placed on 15th August! Have great hopes it’s going to be worth waiting for! Doesn’t feel right rating it yet!

I ordered and paid for a garden bench to be delivered to my son who lives in the highlands. The order was accepted but later cancelled and my money refunded with no explanation. I assume Garden Street decided that they didn’t want to deliver to an address that was too far away. Obviously I was ver annoyed. Very poor service

Do not order!!!Awful company..I have emailed them several times about my order as I'm waiting for 6 weeks and when I try to track the item it shows me that they are still waiting for the stock.No reply at all...Very disappointing...before placing the order ,they were so happy to reply on the same day,I asked some questions about the shed I was planning to order and surprise...reply came straight away...Now they got my money and no more reply...Disgusting..

We were sent a stock alert for the Rawlinson Party Arbour as requested. We ordered the item on the 21st Aug, payment was taken. Further information that the item was dispatched on 3rd Sept. We chased up the order on 10th to be told by customer services that they would ring the supplier and ring straight back. 6 hours later, having not received a call I chased them up again. The lady said it was in hand and we'd receive a call by the end of the day. I have just received an email stating that the item is now out of stock? A full refund has been given however the customer service has been disgraceful. Please think twice before ordering with this company.

Terrible service no one gets back to me when I email and its taken over a month for it to come and still hasn't come, I have never had such a bad and slow service. I under up loosing out on the job costing me alot of money as customer didn't want to wait over a month ! Terrible!!

A total disaster. Twice postponed the delivery date for lack of stock. Incomprehensible messages not indicating when delivery would be possible. finally I cancelled the order as offered by them. Then they delivered the item and refused to refund. By this time I had ordered the same door canopy from another supplier so now I have two.

The bin store we purchased arrived in a dreadful state with numerous pieces broken. Have e-mailed informing of damage including photographs twice now and 3 weeks later still no reply. Pathetic customer service.
