Product is leaking water and hence defeating its purpose. The gutter water in heavy rains fails to go fully through the pipe but splashes out again faulty design.

Avoid, been waiting for a month for delivery . Have contacted several times to be lied to repeatedly that goods are out for delivery. I only wish I could award zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

Order elsewhere! Constant delays (6 weeks and still not arrived), lack of communication, very difficult to speak to someone on the phone and told I receive updates by close of play on a few occasions and they never arrived. Promised 48-hour delivery, but didn't arrive on said day. Told to expect an update by 6 pm that evening and again it never arrived. Admittedly some customer services reps were helpful via the live chat, but this was mixed and they had no knowledge of where the stock was and blamed the supplier. Never had an experience like it, save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

No interest in after purchase service from their product which I purchased via Amazon. Rubbish quality, broke within one week. Would not recommend

We placed an order - delivery specified 7-15 working days. After 11 days I called to see if there was an update. The gentleman I spoke to was very unhelpful and said nothing could be done until after the 15 days, he suggested sending an email to request an update, which I did. I have now been informed that there was and IT error and our item had not been picked. In total 19 days delivery for a single gate!!!

Size of garden box was not as advertised Made me pay return price even though their advert was inaccurate. They said it was my change of mind. The collection by them was cancelled 5 times which ment refund was over a month and I had waited in for 3 of the dates

Hopeless firm don't touch them. Delivery after many emails eventually arrived . No answer to communication.

Haven’t heard a word about my delivery and it’s been over the 7 working days was promised to hear back but tone silent. Feel like they’ve just took my money and ran

Garden street where ok it’s the company that supplied the BBQ to them it was damaged and all they said was he’s a bag of coal for the inconvenience just be careful when buying from them it was a stone BBq which cost a lot of money

Ordered a gate, waited until a few days after it was supposed to be delivered before contacting their customer service team. I was told it would be dispatched etc. This was either a complete lie or ignorance, which is very unpleasant either way. Waited for another couple of weeks (from their advice) which they then decided to tell me the manufacturer had a shortage and I won't get this for another month plus. Not upset about the fact that the manufacturer let them down or couldn't fulfil etc, I'm not buying from the manufacturer it is Garden Street. The customer services team lied and made me wait unnecessarily — on a promise of a delivery that never happened. They had already taken money, even though they didn't have the product nor dispatched (think you need to look at your payment process, as unnecessary refunds will be costing you money). The only positive part of the process was the refund, that was straight forward but took five days to appear through to my bank. Wouldn't recommended to anyone at all.

Not really good customer service. I did order palaram olympia canopy from them .There was some issue with the loose panels and water leakage.They keep saying they are waiting from manufacturer for my issue.its almost more than 6 weeks but no any solution so far.I would not recommend this company to anyone.very unsatisfied with thier services and handling the complain.

Paid for for next day delivery yesterday morning for BBQ cover, went in to account to track at 3pm today and order says awaiting picking. Customer Support non-existent. Waited 10 minutes listening to please hold to speak to an advisor your wait is 10 minutes and then was directed to a voicemail. Automated hold call also directs customers to live chat for instant access to advisors, please let me know if anyone else has been able to find that function as i couldn't! Received email to say order has been sent but they will cancel as per my request and that phone lines are down (sounds like hasn't been sent). I can accept an issue with phone line but what is better is that i am directed to call to discuss on the line that is allegedly down or to use the non-existent chat function! Wish i paid more heed to the negative reviews.

There were some issues with delivery. I waited home all day Friday and called in the evening to be told that thay had been "flat out" so would Saturday be ok? I said yes and waited in all day Saturday and mid-afternoon called the delivery company to be told their driver was off sick. It eventually arrived on Monday and was deposited in my driveway but nobody had warned how extremely heavy it is - we need to get it into the back garden. e called a buiilder friend who is well used to big jobs but we could only move some of the heaviest components a few feet! We are still trying to work out how we will be able to get it all assembled in the desired location. Hoping it will work well once assembled!

Dreadful company to deal with, ordered a shed on 30/3/24 on a 5-10 day delivery. Hadn’t heard anything re delivery from GS, so chased after 9 days and was told the item was out of stock, but nobody from GS had the decency to contact me to advise of this. I was told that stock was expected 16/4 so shed would be delivered to me shortly after this date, again no communication or delivery. Was told due to peak season earliest delivery would now be 2nd May, yet again heard nothing about delivery by 1st May, chased again and was told that 2nd May was only a provisional date and they couldn’t actually deliver until Monday 6th May. Communication and customer service was appalling, couldn’t get through on the telephone so had to email every time - would not recommend or use this company again!

Customer Service - zero stars. Ordered an item 21st May. Told that item dispatched 22nd May and would arrive 25th May. It is now 30th May and no item has been delivered. No communication whatsoever from Gardenstreet to explain why the item was not delivered. It is proving impossible to communicate with the company. My current thought is lies, deception and scam. I am now having to battle to get a refund - time and stress. Not sure how companies get away with such a shoddy service.

Item should be delivered tomorrow but no communications via phone or email, no one ever answers a phone or returns queries. I’m not at all happy and must try to cancel the gazebo I ordered !

Very unhappy, purchased an item with you 10 days ago with a 3-7 day delivery promise, not delivered, called to find out what's happening, told I would have an email back with an answer today, nothing back by eop. This is a gift for the 30th May so now this will not arrive in time despite ordering in plenty of time and no clue as to when it will arrive. I would like a refund please. Order No 228891
