Avoid this company. Unhelpful, slow at responding. Live chat makes you email and waste more time. Spent £1300 on garden furniture and a chair arrived with a leg an inch shorter than the others. It’s taken 2 weeks to tell me that the replacement will be delivered within 7 working days… as I say. Go somewhere else. Oh the delivery company they use has a different garden company on the status update emails so you feel like you don’t know who to contact for support. All round it’s poor.

This company is a disgrace, ordered an item for an 80th birthday gift. Item came with parts missing. I have ample opportunity to send those parts out. They lied saying they had sent them and would recieved either next day or day after. No items received. Had to open dispute with PayPal. Please think twice before purchasing with this company. I informed them they would have to arrange a courier to pick item up, however they are trying to make me pay return postage, even though the issue lies with them. Item unusable and didn't send missing parts.

No communication at all for delivery. Status only showed awaiting picking. Contacted them by their online chat, as was ordered 1st April still showed awaiting picking 8th April. I was told they would contact courier and they would inform me when they heard back. This was for a birthday gift, so a little urgency would have been much appreciated. However, item did arrive at 2.45pm (there needs to be better communication with delivery) checked item over, two things. Were missing, two tubes for the fountain to be able to function and 13 screws to be able to build. I contacted online again, was told to email them with items missing in which they would investigate then send the items. Told them it was not acceptable as this was for a birthday gift and was not prepared to wait any further, it had already taken 5 working days including date of order. I Was disconnected from chat and I have had to open a case with PayPal. Customer service not good. When I emailed them, I received an automatic response which said it would take a further 1-3 days for a response. This should have been dealt with immediately in the chat, by sending the missing items asap. Not impressed and won't ever use again.

Be careful what your purchase turns up on. My small two seater bistro table and chairs turned up on a huge palette, the driver would not take it away and garden Street has left me to dispose they pallet as it’s down to me apparently?? This item was so small it could’ve been boxed and sent a few weeks ago from another company. I had the same make table for 4, 4 chairs, 4 seat pads and an umbrella or boxed. NO PALLET! They were unhelpful when I contacted them about the pallet. I am a lady on my own, cannot lift it and have no vehicle big enough to dispose of it. Would no use Garden Street again for this reason

The item I ordered has not arrived told it would be here today and not even picked from warehouse I would not trust that it will even arrive so suggest going elsewhere for your garden goods

Ordered some paving and stones to my property but after clarifying before buying that it could be delivered my Order was cancelled after purchasing. Very annoyed as I spoke to sales before purxhase and they assured it would be no problem. My project was put back ar least 2 weeks and I lost my slot to lay the products. I spoke to a local company and they delivered straight away and even dropped it off over my wall. Unfortunately Garden Street lost out on over £450 because their delivery company couldn't deliver.

Unfortunately the bin store we purchased was a nightmare to build and it has already started deteriorating. Do not recommend.

Avoid. Ordered a shed on-line on 22nd November. Received a confirmation that delivery was scheduled for 29th Nov, which was then rescheduled to 9th December. Despite having delivery instructions for if we were out, the delivery was not made and I then received notification that the shed had been returned to the warehouse and was now out of stock ! I contacted Garden Street who advised that their supplier (StoreMore) had allocated my shed to another customer order. I was given a refund, but the shed has now increased in price by £70. Would not use Garden Street again.

Unfortunately I ordered a greenhouse in August which still hasn't arrived despite a 14-28 day delivery time advertised. The company delivering/assembling (shire) have been very slow and I still don't have a date for delivery. I would be reluctant to use the site again.

The shed I bought was full of holes 21 in total ,roof and floor panels were useless.and I wanted 4 weeks for them to deliver.no would buy again

At first it was okay, the customer team seemed to be helpful and freidnly. However, the driver left my order on an area where he was not supposed to, and did not help at all to move the delivery to a different location, even after he was told that the stuff was not supposed where he left them on the day. He claimed that he did not receive any message about this and shrugged it off as if it was not his problems. However, before the delivery day, the customer service team confirmed that the message about where to and not to leave the delivery "has been passed on to the driver" in writing. No apologies and instead blamed me for not answering the door (the delivery came early in the morning, I was still in bed and did not hear the bell). Got in touch with the customer service of the delivery company, and the company brushed off the complains, accused me for being threatening, and still no apologies. I know this was probably just a contracted delivery compnay, but Garden Street also did nothing about the situation. In any case, it was not a good experience and I would not reccomand buying stuff from here.

Very poor service and communication. Definitely would not recommend! Sent out wrong parts and because I did not contact them as I was assembling it (which was a Sunday and I had paid someone to errect it) even though I had emailed them and called them before I ordered and immediately after I placed the order they still did NOT send the correct configuration. Clearly some communication issues within their company. I asked if I could have the correct parts and for any compensation towards the cost of dismantling and building of the unit which they have said NO ….

Product is leaking water and hence defeating its purpose. The gutter water in heavy rains fails to go fully through the pipe but splashes out again faulty design.

Avoid, been waiting for a month for delivery . Have contacted several times to be lied to repeatedly that goods are out for delivery. I only wish I could award zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

Order elsewhere! Constant delays (6 weeks and still not arrived), lack of communication, very difficult to speak to someone on the phone and told I receive updates by close of play on a few occasions and they never arrived. Promised 48-hour delivery, but didn't arrive on said day. Told to expect an update by 6 pm that evening and again it never arrived. Admittedly some customer services reps were helpful via the live chat, but this was mixed and they had no knowledge of where the stock was and blamed the supplier. Never had an experience like it, save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

We placed an order - delivery specified 7-15 working days. After 11 days I called to see if there was an update. The gentleman I spoke to was very unhelpful and said nothing could be done until after the 15 days, he suggested sending an email to request an update, which I did. I have now been informed that there was and IT error and our item had not been picked. In total 19 days delivery for a single gate!!!

Size of garden box was not as advertised Made me pay return price even though their advert was inaccurate. They said it was my change of mind. The collection by them was cancelled 5 times which ment refund was over a month and I had waited in for 3 of the dates
