“Extra vent for a halls popular greenhouse I think. ( original from B&Q) it’s a little bit tight for the glass and the side one side doesn’t completely close but only very slightly”

“Ordered some paving and stones to my property but after clarifying before buying that it could be delivered my Order was cancelled after purchasing. Very annoyed as I spoke to sales before purxhase and they assured it would be no problem. My project was put back ar least 2 weeks and I lost my slot to lay the products. I spoke to a local company and they delivered straight away and even dropped it off over my wall. Unfortunately Garden Street lost out on over £450 because their delivery company couldn't deliver.”

“It almost looked too good to be true. Good quality solid wood, easy to assemble, sub £100, and free postage...so I went for it. Arrived well within time, well boxed, undamaged, weather treated and with assembly kit. Took me 15 minutes to assemble and I can tell you, it's absolutely brilliant. Excellent product and great service. Many thanks Garden Street.”

“I ordered a Churnet Valley Cottage 3 Seater Arbour I provided my telephone number, requesting a prior delivery notification call. However, out of the blue and lucky to find me at home, the driver arrived at my door for sign-off, having unloaded in the wrong street! He apologised that he'd seen delivery instructions but without my phone number. Carrier's fault or yours? Either way, come on!!! He had to reload and move to where the item was needed. The item is less of an arbour and more of a hutch. Such a shame when a higher (about 1/2 metre) and deeper (about 1/4 metre) structure would have been ideal. Construction is much as expected for its intended use. Rational design would have produced a much more useful item with very little extra manufacturing cost.”

“Delivery appalling. No communication, was first notified about delivery when it was outside my house and I was at work. Second attempt I was in, but no time frame given. Driver was rude, almost laughing at my predicament as he left pallet and 70 kilos of product on the pavement with “this is as far as it goes”. Wouldn’t even put on to my front garden with his machine. I write to Garden Street expressing my disappointment but heard absolutely nothing.”

“I purchased a 6'x5' Rutland County Cottesmore log store from Garden Street recently with a competitive price. Online real-time customer service was very helpful. The product is good quality and very sturdy with clear instructions. The 6' height is perfect for the back of my Garden, the base is off the ground which is a real winner for me. Delivery was within the time frame with good communication. The delivery men were friendly, polite and kindly carried it to the patio at the back of my house with great care. All these make the 5 stars.”
