“Ok, but some screws missing. Had to purchase more, and when mentioned they said we should have returned it. So, I was expected to dismantle the pergola?? After 4 hours hard work I dont think so! Would not assist on this matter. We were 14 screws missing, but I will say overall the service was ok. Aftersales needs improvement.”

“We ordered a complete Garden Set online from Garden Street and the product was delivered free of charge and arrived on a pallet in perfect condition. It had come a long way from Cheshire to Hertfordshire. I would have given this 5 stars but the delivery date was notified to me and it was pure luck that someone was at home to receive this bulky item.”

“Friendly, helpful delivery driver. The log store is good quality, and reasonably priced given the amount of timber taken to build it . It was not quite as easy to assemble as I hoped it would be from what I had read in the online reviews. I would use Garden Street again without any hesitation.”

“Ordered some paving and stones to my property but after clarifying before buying that it could be delivered my Order was cancelled after purchasing. Very annoyed as I spoke to sales before purxhase and they assured it would be no problem. My project was put back ar least 2 weeks and I lost my slot to lay the products. I spoke to a local company and they delivered straight away and even dropped it off over my wall. Unfortunately Garden Street lost out on over £450 because their delivery company couldn't deliver.”
