“Very very helpfull when asked a question on size of gazebo went out their way to help even went on shop floor to get correct measurements. .made note that I needed the gazebo for the weekend as having a party and yes it arrived when they said it would even sent email to confirm it would be delivered on that day.”

“A bit disappointed to be honest. I did expect it to arrive trimmed into a ball and equal size. However I accept that it didn't say this. Spent the last few days searching how to trim it. Quite stressful, but done it now. Live and learn.”

“Great value and service. Its a lovely item but not for the faint hearted if you do not like flat assembling packs! get someone to put it together for you if necessary and its heavy too. We painted our before I assembled it and really pleased with the item.”

“Service was good but the description is misleading/incorrect on the website from their supplier so fences were not the size advertised and had to be returned .. customer service very helpful”

“I was advised that the item was out of stock so delivery would be a few days away. I was supposed to be contacted regarding delivery but this did not happen. I was out when delivery was made and was advised by phone that the item would be left under the car. Not very satisfactory.”
