“My daughter who I bought this for was happy with the delivery she was able to track where they were. They delivered on time. Unfortunately due to weather it’s still in the shed.”

“Goods arrived quickly and were as a expected. Very pleased. It would have been good to have email updates on progress of order although it wasn’t an issue since the order arrived promptly. Overall very pleased.”

“Really pleased with the gazebo and the delivery was excellent. I ordered on a Thursday evening and it was delivered on the following Monday. The instructions do need to be better though.”

“Initially, I was very pleased. The item arrived when it was supposed to. But, parts didn't fit together, which rendered it unfit for purpose. The lady who dealt with our complaint was very helpful, but we've been trying in vain to talk to the technical person about this, but he seems very illusive. I needed this item for a large family event at the end of this week. Sadly, I can't use it.”
