“DO NOT USE GARDEN STREET. Not unless you want to waste your time and money and receive the wrong goods. I checked and double checked the order. They do kerbside delivery - how is a woman supposed to lift 12 wrapped slabs and a huge 4 ft pallet from the pavement into her own garden. Why do I have to dispose of their pallet. They then don’t even bother to notify you when they are supposedly going to collect it you just get a moody man banging at your door. They deserve zero stars. There customer service is ZERO do not bother buying from here.”

“I've been asked to review my experience but I haven't received my order yet so...... They did phone me to let me know when my shed is being delivered, after I phoned them to find out where it is. Fingers crossed all goes well!”

“Door post made with damaged wood - 2 main walls had several holes - composites roof material very difficult to paint - suppled door latch very poor but otherwise good value for money.”

“Great customer service. I contacted them about having my ordered delivered on a particular day and they were really accommodating. Both telephone and on line chat were excellent and able to resolve my query quickly. Delivery was on time and product was as advertised. Would recommend.”

“Excellent customer service. Efficient fast delivery of garden storage shed. Exactly as advertised. Not extra robust but certainly does what it says in the tin ! Assembly not complicated but needs time.....top tip....wear gloves ! Altogether very happy with my purchase ! John”

“Lack of quality control resulted in a poor standard of size and finish and a colour which was totally different from the photograph on the website. The response to my complaint was basically, that's the way they make them, so stop complaining.”
