“You could not deliver the item as stated. I paid you a lot of money in the end I got a refund and bought elsewhere. If you say the items are in stock I expect delivery on the date agreed. Not to wait another month while you have the proceeds. Complete waste of my time. Mrs M Chapman”

“Ordered an item that turned out to be unobtainable for several weeks. I was informed very promptly and offered a full refund. This was paid equally promptly, so I am a happy bunny. Very impressed with the prompt personal service and efficient handling of the problem.”

“The product was fine when it finally arrived however the customer service was poor. No call or email to say that a product is out of stock or delayed and all they would say on the phone was that the small print said that they didnt have to advise me if this happened. An apology and offer of a discount or money off next order would have been good but they wont even tell you their name when you call or email. Something to be ashamed of?”

“No pre drilled fixing holes. The back panels were hard to screw together because the corner bracing pieces got in the way of the screwdriver and one of the doors was warped and therefore sticks out at the bottom corner”

“So pleased I purchased through Garden Street. The delivery was spot on although it was sent to no 18 instead of 18b, luckily my neighbour bought to my address, apart from that very happy. It was easy to follow the instructions for making the trough and have already filled it plants.”

“Night a D63 trimetal shed,glad I did. Easy to put together and unlike other metal sheds that flail in the wend this thing is really sturdy,you also have the option to fit next to a fence or bolt into concrete,also garden Street was cheapest by far for this shed! Only complaint is one of the screw holes wasn't predrilled in the back right hand too corner, something I'll be phoning trimetal over as this is not garden streets fault.”

“Very very helpfull when asked a question on size of gazebo went out their way to help even went on shop floor to get correct measurements. .made note that I needed the gazebo for the weekend as having a party and yes it arrived when they said it would even sent email to confirm it would be delivered on that day.”
