“Took money, 7 days later told me it was out of stock. Poor communication and obviously issues with there stock control/management.”

“The service was 'acceptable' but the delivery was delayed and the shed is extremely poor quality, not worth the £99.00, let alone the reduction from the RRP. It's badly made, nails all over the place, planks and frames not lined up, it's definitely not as expected for a brand new item, and the roof is flimsy. I was offered a replacement but couldn't be bothered with the hassle only to end up with the same bodge job. Save your money and buy elsewhere.”

“Very poor customer service from this company. Failure to deliver part of our order on the day they promised. Failed to say there was a delay. Failed to refund any of the payment as they have a get-out clause in their Ts&Cs. They don't even put people's names on the correspondence they send. Shame on you Garden Street. Very poor show.”

“Over a month after ordering my shed, I am still waiting to hear from the courier about delivery. I have had to constantly chase for updates, latest is the courier company had no record of my order (so were never going to ring me), even though the manufacturer of my shed were adamant they sent the order over. And now the shed is out of stock so I having to wait for it to come back in before delivery can be arranged. GS staff have been apologetic but that doesnt help me get my shed. Once it has arrived I wont be ordering from them again, considering they have had my money since the 18th April.”

“Received a phonecall from a very nice office lady advising us of the delivery date shortly after the order was placed and how we would be contacted on the day by the delivery men. Delivery made very promptly by two men who unpacked the garden set to ensure it was ok. Would use again.”
