“Ordered 2 garden heaters and promised delivery between 7& 14 working days We are now on the 14th working day and despite at least 3 requests to advise I am no nearer knowing Shambolic and will be arranging a refund”

“Took my money kept it for 3 weeks, then told me they weren’t in stock, took a week to get my money back, so I basically lent Garden Street £400 for a month interest free...won’t be doing it again”

“Bought a shed, was great other than it was missing hinges for the windows, so has two gaping big holes. Have sent 4 emails and had a telephone conversation, but still not got the promised hinges, now day 10. Hoping they arrive before something gets stolen!”

“We had our shed delivered, first they nearly gave the wrong shed. Luckily my husband spotted it was wrong. Then when we assembled the shed, the hinges where missing to our windows. On May the 4th, the office rang and said they would be posted out. I asked the lady if she needed any details, she said “no I have your information”. I still do not have the hinges and after two emails, I had a response if we can not find your order. I currently have a shed with no windows, and have had to put things as we have not got a garage. I am really upset and do not understand how something so simple can not be sorted. In my opinion if you don’t have a problem then you will be fine, if something happens good luck getting it sorted.”

“Purchased a companion seat at a great price compared to other stockists. Delivery was super quick and efficient. Very happy with the product, seems to be good quality and was fairly easy to assemble. Looks lovely in the garden. Overall 5 star experience. Thank you!”

“To be honest iv no idea why iv been asked to fill out a survey when the item is still not here? It’s been 3 weeks now Iv had 1 email confirmation of payment! No reply’s back when I email if phone? Seem to be a company who take ur money and give no advice!”

“Have purchased items from this co.before and very happy with service and product.On this occasion unable to scource a garden shed for me due to current pandemic,however they refunded my payment so quickly!May wait to replace shed until after the lockdown so I can buy from Garden Street.Highly recommend using them.”

“Placed an order for a bench and waited to be contacted regarding delivery. 10 working days were almost up when I contacted them they then informed me they didn’t have the stock. Feels like they are taking your money, keeping it and then refunding ! Not at all impressed - Beware.”

“Great service and product, the delivery cam within the given time frame and the product was as described. It didn't take too long to build, and was pretty straight forward. The double doors make is much easier to get to things than my previous shed. Would definitely use these guys again.”

“No item, no emails, no delivery date, they have £1500 of my money and I have no item. Every review platform and even twitter is full of customers this company has taken money, and their website is still open for business. Absolutely outrageous. Please please pay heed to those of us who have lost thousands of pounds to these people and avoid them at all costs.”
