“Appalling service. Have had almost £1,000 of mine for a couple on months now and nothing delivered. They don't answer phone calls and take over a week to respond to emails. When they do respond they give you another delivery window that has been missed. No customer complaint details on their website so no idea how to get our money back. Go elsewhere!”

“poor customer service. I was sent the customer review questionnaire before I have the goods( two steamer chairs oder value £1,150.00). Order placed with garden street on 25th May. I chose them because they had them in stock with delivery in 5-10 days. Currently over three weeks since order. Online advice "still processing order" but money taken in full at time of order. I have sent emails requesting an update but nothing. Terrible service. Over promising.”

“Armona Sofa Set (rattan furniture) delivered yesterday. Built by myself within an hour, very easy to assemble. Really sturdy and well made. Makes my new decking area look superb.”

“I ‘m unable to rate higher as after buying the garden pod chair I was then emailed the following day to say it was out of stock. Even though I had paid for it.Not sure yet whether my money has been refunded to my card but the company says I have. So unfortunately I can’t review the product.”

“Service was excellent pity about the Product . Fell a part while placing on patio and had to be rebuilt. Only stapled together. Very poor for the price paid. Don't buy the two tier planter”

“The delivery took a bit longer due the Covid situation, could have been kept updated as on ordering the information given was awaiting stock. The product is very good, sturdy and durable but the instructions were poor, steps all back to front which made it take much longer but happy overall with the furniture.”

“The item arrived a little slower than expected but I put this down to Covid-19. I did email Garden Street as to when I could expect the item but had no answer to the email. Over all could do better, maybe down to Covid-19.”

“Very pleased with Companion seat. Came quickly considering we were on lockdown due to Covid 19. Only criticism was I had no notification it was coming on the day it arrived. I had gone for a walk and when I came back it was left in full view in front of my front door, it could have been stolen. I’d had no correspondence from delivery people.”

“Poor customer service - very slow response to emails. Ended up contacting Rowlinsons directly, who provided an order update by return and followed up with the courier who provided us with an accurate delivery date. Wouldn’t use Garden Street again.”

“Poor. No customer service. I ordered a fairly expensive shed which had missing parts. Due to the Corona crisis garden street don’t accept calls (makes no sense to me) and they aren’t relying to emails either. So basically you will be paying online, receiving a poor incomplete product and have no chance at getting a refund or speaking to customer service. I would recommend buying from a proper company like B&Q or Wickes.”
