Although i was happy with the procedure of ordering and the delivery of my product, the product in question did have a couple of things wrong with it, the left wooden panel had a crack in it and some of the crew holes for the top lids were not lining up with the hinges. would i need to contact Rowlinson or will you do that, I look forward to your reply

We are very pleased with our purchase and the customer service from Garden Street. We had to contact them and found them efficient and pleasant. We would be more than happy to shop with them again.

Really disappointed with Garden Street after returning a garden parasol to them, which I had to pay for (not free returns), the couriers lost the item in transit and refused to reimburse my costs, I had to do all the chasing to no avail, consequently Garden Street, would not refund my money £117.00 as they had not received the return. Please always check what the terms and conditions are when ordering and use companies that pay for the returns.

Ordered an item in April, still not delivered and the customer service is shocking. I do appreciate the Covid situation but why advertise and let me purchase an item you are unable to deliver. Wish I could speak to someone to complain

Ordered a garden bench on arrival it was found to be incomplete, I contacted Garden Street and explained the issue it turned out to be a manufacturer fault however Garden Street went above and beyond to get the missing pieces to me in a couple of days, bench is in position and we are enjoying a new seating spot in the garden, I would highly recommend this company.

When the bin store arrived it was damaged, the delivery man was kicking it instead of lifting it. I was told to send an e-mail with photographs of the damage, haven’t heard anything since!

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered a new bird table which arrived less than two weeks later. Unfortunately there was a piece broken off one of the tiles on top of the table and one of spars had a split. I sent photographs of the damage and received an immediate reply. A new tile and spar was sent by return of post. The table was also much cheaper than the same table in Amazon - a saving of over £40!! I would have no hesitation in placing orders with this company again.

Had to return faulty furniture over a week ago but despite 3 emails to them I have had no reply to confirm that they have got the goods or when I am to be refunded. Next stop Trading Standards.

Appalling service from this company. We ordered a garden dining set one month ago and having chased them on numerous occasions I have just received an e-mail saying sorry, there was a problem with our stock allocation and the product has been sold out. Customer service is so important and this company has badly let me down. There is no excuse not to keep customers informed and I am deeply disappointed in them.

An excellent product that was well packaged and fairly easy to put together. I did, however, vary from the instructions for the table to make the fitting easier. It's very well made and looks great on our new decking. And it was a very good price compared to other sites and local garden centres. The only problem was that the table arrived a day after the chairs, but this was, I think, down to the delivery company when they loaded the lorry!

Shocking customer service.... no contact with us regarding updates on our shed unless we contact first... 6 weeks later and still waiting for an update or delivery.... no excuse to not keep intouch!!!!!

My new cantilever umbrella is swinging round all over the place, taking itself completely out of position with the wind! Nearly a full 180 degrees swing completely away from where I’m wanting shade. Overall, I'm happy with the furniture I bought. Although it was delivered a lot earlier than the date on the email and although it says the courier will call, they didn't and turned up at my door when I was out. They were unable to give a specific re delivery date but ended up coming the next day, also unannounced. There was a slight flaw in the product which Garden Street responded to and sorted quickly. So yes, I'd use them again as they proved they were reliable to deal with issues and the product is of a high quality.

Shocking customer service! I realise we are living in unprecedented times but that does not mean that basic customer service should be affected. We ordered a gazebo knowing there would be a long lead time, upon contacting Garden Street after the expected re-stock date we were told it would be with us "soon". It randomly turned up with no warning and considering this was a 40kg item it would have been good to have actually received some indication of a delivery date. Upon receipt one of the pieces was damaged and we contacted the telephone number immediately to be advised it would be dispatched either the same day or next day. We have now been waiting over a week for a replacement so our Gazebo is sat on our decking unable to be erected. Telephone number provided just goes to an answer machine and stock answer coming from Garden Street "things are running slowly". Looks like this company is shop front for many other businesses so they just pass the blame. As a small business owner myself, I think it is abundantly clear that this company puts profits and sales ahead of customer retention. I would not recommend using this company.

I have placed and paid for a garden shed in April. The delivery date was within 14 days. After this time period passed with no contact from Rowlingson I contacted them to find out if my order had been placed as it hadn’t arrived. After a further 4 days I received an email to say that due to current situation it was now between 21 to 28 days. When this period passed with no communication I contacted again to find out what was going on. The latest is we are so busy we can’t give you a date. The website gives some really good products to buy but before paying over your hard earned cash maybe phone them directly as you could be waiting a very long time.
